Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Huddle Up: Sanders was hurt in Week 12 after landing on his head. Since the team has yet to place him on IR, it would suggest he has a chance to return before the end of the season. Although his future appears bright for dynasty purposes, managers in redraft leagues can probably move on from him. Like most tight ends, he will usually need to score a touchdown to be usable in fantasy, and he is unlikely to get many of those opportunities in the 2024 version of this offense.

Carolina Panthers WR Jalen Coker (quad) and TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 13 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. LB Jadeveon Clowney (knee) and CB Caleb Farley (shoulder) were limited in practice on Friday, Nov. 29, and are listed as questionable. LB Amare Barno (knee) and S Nick Scott (hamstring) were upgraded to a full practice on Friday but are also listed as questionable. WR Adam Thielen (rest, hamstring) was limited in practice on Friday but no longer appears on the injury report. LB D.J. Wonnum (hamstring), DE LaBryan Ray (hand) and OT Taylor Moton (rest) practiced in full on Friday and have also been removed from the injury report.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 28.
Huddle Up: It appears like Sanders will miss at least one game after suffering the injury during the Week 12. He should be avoided in fantasy leagues until he is able to return to practice.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Huddle Up: Sanders appeared to suffer a serious injury during the Week 12 game, but fantasy players can check on his status later in the week to see if he will have a chance to play this week. He has been a decent option in the Panthers passing game over the last few weeks but may only be a No. 2 fantasy tight end.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) "avoided a serious injury" but will continue to be evaluated, head coach Dave Canales said Monday, Nov. 25.
Huddle Up: Sanders had a scary injury in which he suffered a neck injury and had to be hospitalized, but it's encouraging that he avoided serious injury. If he misses any time, Tommy Tremble will be the starter, but he doesn't have any relevance for fantasy.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) ended up with three receptions for 49 yards on his three targets in Week 12 against the Kansas City Chiefs. He left the game, and was taken to the hospital, due to a neck injury. He was released, but is still being evaluated.
Huddle Up: The good news is that Sanders did not suffer a serious injury. His role in the offense has grown, and he can be trusted as a TE2 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. However, his status is obviously up in the air for Week 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers due to his medical issue.

Updating a previous report, Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) will not return to the Week 12 game because of a neck injury and has been sent to a local hospital for further evaluation.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation to see how long Sanders may be sidelined. Tommy Tremble probably will be the main tight end while Sanders is out but can be avoided in fantasy leagues.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (undisclosed) was carted off the field after suffering an undisclosed injury during the Week 12 game.
Huddle Up: It appears like Sanders may have suffered a neck injury, so fantasy players should monitor the situation. He is probably a No. 2 tight end in most fantasy leagues when healthy.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders caught two passes for eight yards and one touchdown against the New York Giants in Week 10. He was targeted two times during the game.
Huddle Up: Sanders was held in check in terms of receiving yards but was helped out by the touchdown. He should see a few targets each game and could be a No. 2 tight end in deeper fantasy leagues.
