Chicago Bears RB Kyle Monangai ran seven times for 28 yards and a touchdown in Week 10 against the New York Giants, while he went without a catch on just one target.
Huddle Up: The rookie exploded onto the scene in Cincinnati last week when D'Andre Swift was injured and inactive. He has found the end zone twice in the past four games, and he showed that he is more than capable of handling the starting job if given the opportunity. However, as long as Swift is healthy, Monangai's fantasy ceiling is rather limited. Treat him as a low-end RB3 or flex fantasy option heading into Week 11 at Minnesota, and hope his scoring ways can continue.

Chicago Bears CB Josh Blackwell (concussion), LB T.J. Edwards (hamstring, hand) and DE Dominique Robinson (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday, Nov. 7, and have been ruled out for Week 10. RB D'Andre Swift (groin, personal) did not practice and is listed as questionable. TE Durham Smythe (calf) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. WR Luther Burden III (concussion), S Kevin Byard (ankle, back), DT Grady Jarrett (non-injury), RB Roschon Johnson (back), TE Cole Kmet (concussion), RB Kyle Monangai (ankle), WR DJ Moore (groin, hip), WR Rome Odunze (ankle, heel), LB Amen Ogbongbemiga (knee) and OG Joe Thuney (non-injury) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

Chicago Bears RB Kyle Monangai (ankle) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 7, and is not on the injury report for Week 10.
Huddle Up: Monangai's fantasy value this week will depend on D'Andre Swift's availability. Monangai can be a No. 2 running back or flex option if he receives most of the work at running back. He can also be a possible flex option even if Swift plays because he has earned more touches after Week 9.

Chicago Bears RB Kyle Monangai (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 6.
Huddle Up: D'Andre Swift will likely return to the starting lineup this week, but Monangai should see a good amount of touches during the game after his terrific Week 9 performance. He can be considered a flex option in some fantasy leagues.

Chicago Bears Kyle Monangai has "earned a larger role" in the offense, according to Dan Graziano of ESPN.com, and Graziano expects head coach Ben Johnson to find ways to keep Monangai involved.
Huddle Up: Even before handling 26 carries while filling in for D'Andre Swift in Week 9, Monangai's usage was already ticking up. He has 46 carries over the last three games, and as Johnson showed during his time in Detroit, his offense can support two running backs. Going forward, Monangai could emerge as a flex candidate as part of a committee, and he is a must-start if Swift misses time.

Chicago Bears RB Kyle Monangai (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 5.
Huddle Up: Monangai is coming off an outstanding Week 9 game and should have a good chance to play in Week 10, but his role is uncertain with D'Andre Swift having a chance to play. He should see a decent amount of touches even if Swift is cleared to play and can be a flex option in leagues.

Chicago Bears RB Kyle Monangai rushed for 176 yards on 26 carries in Week 9 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Huddle Up: It was the most yards rushing by a Bears rookie since Anthony Thomas ran for 188 yards against the Bengals in 2001. The seventh-round draft pick got the start with D'Andre Swift sidelined due to a groin injury. He flashed in Week 7 against New Orleans with 81 yards and a touchdown, and smart fantasy mangers scooped Monangai off the waiver wire when Swift was downgraded to out. They'll now have to fight over the emerging rookie, who should be rostered until Swift returns.

Chicago Bears RB Kyle Monangai rushed for 24 yards on seven carries against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 8.
Huddle Up: Monangai was coming off a terrific Week 7 performance but was not a big factor against the Ravens. He will see a limited amount of touches next week but can be avoided in most leagues unless D'Andre Swift suffers an injury.
