Washington Football Team QB Taylor Heinicke will be the starting quarterback for the Week 18 game, but QB Kyle Allen could also see playing time during the game.
Huddle Up: Heinicke has thrown at least one interception in each of the last five games but does also have five touchdowns during that span. Fantasy players should have better options available and can avoid Heinicke.

Washington Football Team QB Taylor Heinicke is expected to start the season finale against the New York Giants in Week 18, according to head coach Ron Rivera.
Huddle Up: There were moments earlier in the season where it appeared Heinicke may be making a play to be the starter in 2022, but his 5:6 touchdown-to-interception ratio over the last five games has likely sealed his fate and convinced the team's brass to prioritize an upgrade at quarterback this offseason. He will be an uninspiring QB2 option next week despite the favorable matchup.

Washington Football Team QB Taylor Heinicke completed 27-of-36 passes for 247 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in Week 17 against the Philadelphia Eagles, while adding 14 rushing yards.
Huddle Up: Heinicke failed to throw a touchdown pass for the first time since Oct. 10. He hasn't been great for fantasy managers, but he has been consistent. He'll look to finish up on a high note at N.Y. Giants in Week 18.
