Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff needs to take ownership of the offense, according to offensive coordinator Kevin O'Connell.
Huddle Up: Goff struggled last season behind a leaky offensive line, and the running game wasn't nearly as affective. He'll have something to prove this year as a low-end QB1 or high-end QB2 value pick.

Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff had the lowest Pro Football Focus in the NFL last season when forced to look past his first read. He has a top-10 PFF grade on first-read throws over the last two seasons.
Huddle Up: This is a bad look for Goff, especially considering he was equipped with one of the NFL's best receiving corps once again in 2019. Poor offensive line play can take a large share of the blame, but Goff will need to improve his progressions and take less time to throw. He's a mid-tier QB2.

Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff said he has been working out with some of his teammates during the shutdown and has been working to his receivers for a while.
Huddle Up: Goff threw for at least 4,600 yards for the second straight season but saw his touchdown passes go from 32 in 2018 to 22 last season. He still has one of the better groups of pass catchers to work with this upcoming season but may only be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff was sacked on only 3.3 percent of his 662 dropbacks in 2019 - the second-lowest mark for a quarterback with at least 615 dropbacks in a season since 2015.

Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff (68) was the only NFL quarterback in 2019 to attempt more than 50 passes on seven-step drops in 2019, according to USA TODAY's Doug Farrar.

Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff was the least efficient passer in the league on play-action attempts in 2019, but he attempted more play-action throws than any other QB.
Huddle Up: The Rams running game also struggled in 2019 with no RB averaging 4.0 yards per carry or better. An improved rushing attack would go hand-in-hand with helping Goff in 2020 and second-round pick RB Cam Akers could lead that improvement.

Updating a previous report, Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff restructured his contract Friday, April 24, freeing up $7 million in salary cap space for 2020, according to a source.

Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff said he is open to restructuring his contract if the team needs to create some salary cap space.
Huddle Up: The Rams have made pretty big changes to their offense this season, but Goff will continue to be the starting quarterback for years to come. He threw for 4,638 yards and 22 touchdowns in 2019 but may only be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback next season.

Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff has a $36 million cap hit in 2020, and beat writer Rich Hammond suggests the QB is a prime candidate for restructure. Goff has it written into his contract that the team can restructure without permission from the player.

Los Angeles Rams QB Jared Goff completed 27 of his 46 pass attempts for 326 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in a 34-31 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 16.
Huddle Up: Goff had a much better effort than the 78-yard dud he had against the 49ers the first time around, but with week-to-week consistency continuing to elude him, he remains more a QB2 for fantasy purposes.
