Cleveland Browns WR Rashard Higgins is the leading candidate to be the team's third wide receiver during WR Antonio Callaway's suspension, according to Scott Petrak of BrownsZone.com.
Huddle Up: Higgins has been a part of workouts with QB Baker Mayfield and WRs Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry this summer. He caught 39 passes for 572 yards and four touchdowns last season. He won't be an option when the rest of the receiving corps is at all full health, but he'll be a must-get off the waiver wire should anyone in front of him suffer injury.

Cleveland Browns WR Rashard Higgins grew a rapport with QB Baker Mayfield on the second-team offense early last season, and Mayfield leaned on Higgins when things broke down in the pocket. The Browns plan to use four-wide receiver sets often this year. Higgins received 43 percent of his targets more than 15 yards in the air last year, according to Sharp Analysis. He caught 17 of 23 targets for 390 yards and three touchdowns. Higgins isn't a speed receiver, but he finds ways to get down the field.
Huddle Up: There are so many weapons on offense that you shouldn't get too excited about Higgins' promise for 2019. He's worth a look as a WR5, but he'll be inconsistent week to week.
