Carolina Panthers WR Rashard Higgins (illness) and S Juston Burris (concussion) did not practice all week and were ruled out for Week 10 on Wednesday, Nov. 9. Also, CB Donte Jackson (ankle), RB Chuba Hubbard (ankle), DT Matt Ioannidis (back) and OT Taylor Moton (elbow) practiced in full but are questionable, and TE Stephen Sullivan (illness), LB Frankie Luvu (neck), WR Laviska Shenault Jr. (illness), DT Derrick Brown (illness), DE Brian Burns (shoulder), CB CJ Henderson (finger) and TE Giovanni Ricci (neck) practiced in full and carry no designation.
