Baltimore Ravens QB Diego Pavia made it through the team's minicamp this weekend, and head coach Jesse Minter had a message for his new rookie quarterback. "So now he's in the door and it's like, 'show us what you can do,"' Minter said Saturday. "And just like all the undrafted rookies, that's what I would say. For us, we see it as an opportunity to bring a player in that could potentially be something, and that's really what this is for us."
Huddle Up: If you're thinking about Pavia and potential fantasy appeal, forget about it for now. He is behind Lamar Jackson, obviously, but veteran Tyler Huntley is the entrenched backup, and he knows the system well. Pavia will simply be challenging fellow UDFA Joe Fagnano from UConn for the No. 3 job, and the team could still bring in a veteran arm, if neither impresses.

Updating previous reports, undrafted free-agent QB Diego Pavia (Vanderbilt), QB Joe Fagnano (Connecticut), WR Cortez Braham Jr. (Memphis), RB Dontae McMillan (Eastern Michigan), TE Tyler Pezza (Brown) WR Octavian Smith Jr. (Maryland) and RB Elijah Tau-Tolliver (Michigan State) officially signed with the Ravens Friday, May 1. Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.

Vanderbilt QB Diego Pavia, who was not selected in the 2026 NFL Draft, accepted an invitation to next weekend's rookie minicamp with the Baltimore Ravens, according to a source on Sunday, April 26. He is the first Heisman finalist since 2014 to go unpicked in the NFL Draft.

Vanderbilt QB Diego Pavia completed 10-of-13 passes for 78 yards at the 2026 Senior Bowl in the cold and wind in Mobile, Alabama. His passes were mostly on short routes, but one of the highlights was a nice escape from pressure, completing an 18-yard pass on a rollout.
