Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes completed 24 of his 31 passes for 343 yards, 3 touchdowns and an interception against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, Sept. 19. He also ran once for three yards.
Huddle Up: Mahomes looked unstoppable as the Chiefs pushed out to a 35-24 lead, but the Chiefs' final three drives totaled just 12 plays and his interception late in the third quarter was just a brutal play that breathed life into the Ravens. Fantasy owners should certainly be content with 300-plus yards and three TDs, but there was more to be had, and KC's inability to ever get Tyreek Hill involved is doubtless something other teams will take a long look at. That said, Mahomes remains an elite QB1.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes faces the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2, and he has completed 16 throws of at least 20 yards in three career starts against the Ravens.
Huddle Up: Baltimore's defense surrendered 435 passing yards to Derek Carr in the opener, and Mahomes and company figure to present an even bigger challenge. It could be a good week to pair Mahomes and Tyreek Hill in DFS contests.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes has a 10-0 career record in September, throwing 34 touchdown passes and zero interceptions while averaging 330 passing yards per game. He has also thrown at least three touchdown passes in all three of his Week 1 starts.
Huddle Up: The Browns have the tough task of shutting down Mahomes, and while Cleveland made some upgrades on defense this offseason, Mahomes has been on another level early in the season. This could be a week to pay up for him in DFS contests.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes (toe) reiterated this week that he's feeling healthy and is eager for the 2021 season. 'The toe's feeling great,' he said during an interview that aired on NFL Network on Thursday, July 8. 'I'm out here playing golf, being able to walk around the course. I've been running, cutting, jumping, throwing, doing it all. So I'm just excited to get back to training camp and have another chance to make a run at it and win the Super Bowl this year.'
Huddle Up: Mahomes' health will certainly be one of the focuses of training camp, but all indications are that he'll close to -- if not at -- 100 percent by the time Week 1 arrives. If that's the case for the majority of the season, bank on a fourth straight top-five fantasy QB finish for Mahomes.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes (toe) is feeling extra confident about the condition of his foot after participating at close to a full level during the team's offseason program so far. 'I don't see any problems moving forward,' Mahomes said during a new conference Thursday, June 17. 'Obviously, I'll have to continue with the rehab, continue to work on those things -- strengthen it, do all that different type of stuff. But I feel like I had a good OTAs, a good minicamp. I was able to move around, scramble around and do the things that I needed to do.'
Huddle Up: Mahomes even has another three months before the regular season starts to be certain and should be one of the top QBs coming off the board in all re-draft and two-quarterback leagues.
