Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold completed 10 of his 12 passes for 178 yards, a touchdown and an interception in a 44-22 win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10. He also lost a pair of fumbles.
Huddle Up: The Seahawks surged to a 35-0 lead and led 38-7 at halftime. As a result, Darnold didn't have to throw the ball much, leading to a rough stat line for fantasy purposes. Expect a more typical performance from Darnold in Week 11 when Seattle faces the Los Angeles Rams in a divisional battle.

Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold completed 21-of-24 passes for 330 yards, four touchdowns and one interception in Week 9 against the Washington Commanders. With a blowout score, he was rested for the second half of the fourth quarter. QB Drew Lock mopped up.
Huddle Up: Jayden Daniels was injured on the drive before, likely with a serious ailment, and head coach Mike Macdonald saw enough. He did not send his starting quarterback in with the game already well decided. Darnold is playing great football, and he and Jaxon Smith-Njigba are on another plane right now. Darnold can be considered a low-end QB1 in most fantasy leagues heading into Week 10 and beyond.

Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold (chest) practiced in full on Friday, Oct. 31, and no longer appears on the injury report.
Huddle Up: Darnold has played well this year, and the Commanders' secondary has been a problem for them in 2025. He is worth a start in Week 9 as a low-end QB1 with the potential to perform well.

Seattle Seahawks WR Jake Bobo (Achilles), S Julian Love (hamstring), TE Eric Saubert (calf), and WR Dareke Young (quad) did not practice on Friday, Oct. 31, and have been ruled out for Week 9 against the Washington Commanders. G Christian Haynes (pectoral) practiced in full all week and has been ruled out. WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring, heel) did not practice on Friday and is listed as questionable. DL Jarran Reed (wrist) practiced in full on Friday and is listed as questionable. QB Sam Darnold (chest), LB Derrick Hall (oblique), FB Robbie Ouzts (ankle), and CB Devon Witherspoon (knee) practiced in full on Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.

Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold (chest) was a full participant in practice Thursday, Oct. 30.
Huddle Up: With two full sessions under his belt, Darnold appears to be on track to play against the Washington Commanders in Week 9. He has a golden opportunity to put up big numbers against a Washington secondary that has struggled so far this season, and Darnold is a perfect streaming option if you need a QB1.

WR Jake Bobo (Achilles), LB Derick Hall (oblique), WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring, heel) and DT Jarran Reed (wrist) were limited during practice. QB Sam Darnold (chest), OG Christian Haynes (pectoral), DE DeMarcus Lawrence (non-injury), FB Robbie Ouzts (ankle), DE Leonard Williams (non-injury) and CB Devon Witherspoon (knee) fully participated in practice.

Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold (chest) was able to take part in a full practice session Wednesday, Oct. 29.
Huddle Up: While a setback is certainly possible, it appears Darnold is in line to be just fine for Week 9 against the Washington Commanders. With Washington ranking 29th in the NFL with 2,087 passing yards allowed, and an NFL-worst 8.4 yards per pass attempt, it's a very favorable matchup for Darnold. He has low-end QB1 fantasy appeal this week, especially if your primary option has a bye or difficult matchup.

Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold completed 17 of 31 passes for 213 yards and a touchdown against the Houston Texans in Week 7. Darnold also threw an interception and took two sacks, including one in his own end zone where he fumbled the ball, resulting in a Texans touchdown.
Huddle Up: Darnold dropped some dimes to Jaxon Smith-Njigba on Monday night, but outside of that he didn't play great, low-lighted by failing to protect the football on a sack, turning what would've been a safety into a TD for the Texans that let them back in the game. The veteran has been hit or miss from a statistical standpoint this season with Monday marking the third time he's finished with fewer than 250 yards and just one TD. He's a low-end QB2 that can deliver here and there, but it looks increasingly unlikely that we'll see the Vikings version of Darnold in 2025.

Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold faces the Houston Texans in Week 7, and the Texans have allowed a league-low three touchdown passes this year.
Huddle Up: Darnold is coming off two strong performances, but the Houston secondary has been of the stingiest in the NFL. Darnold could still be a QB2 option, but this isn't the matchup to stream him as a potential QB1.
