Free-agent RB Roman Hemby, RB Dare Ogunbowale, TE Albert Okwuegbunam, TE Chris Myarick, and WR Deven Thompkins were signed to the Las Vegas Raiders' practice squad on Monday, Aug. 31.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Jacob Clark, TE Patrick Gurd, RB Roman Hemby, WR Shedrick Jackson, PK Kansei Matsuzawa and WR E.J. Williams were waived Saturday, Aug. 30. WR Phillip Dorsett II, WR Brandon X. Johnson, TE Chris Myarick, RB Dare Ogunbowale, TE Albert Okwuegbunam and WR Deven Thompkins were also released, while WR Chase Roberts was waived/injured. TE Carter Runyon (undisclosed) was placed on the reserve/injured list with a designation to return, too.

Free-agent RB Chris Collier (Raiders), WR Phillip Dorsett (Raiders), TE Albert Okwuegbunam (Raiders), WR Brenden Rice (Raiders) and WR Justin Shorter (Raiders) signed Reserve/Future contracts with the Las Vegas Raiders Monday, Jan. 5. Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.

Las Vegas Raiders TE Albert Okwuegbunam reverted back to the practice squad Monday, Oct. 6, after being on the active roster for the Week 5 game.

Las Vegas Raiders TE Albert Okwuegbunam registered five receptions for 36 yards on six targets in Week 5 against the Indianapolis Colts, filling in for the injured TE Brock Bowers (knee).
Huddle Up: Okwuegbunam did a decent job in a blowout loss, but certainly nothing Earth shattering. If he gets another start in Week 6 against the Tennessee Titans, he would be worth a look as a low-end TE2 in deeper fantasy leagues only.
