Seattle Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas (ankle, quadriceps) was limited during practice Thursday, Jan. 12, and is listed as questionable for the Wild Card playoff game.
Huddle Up: Dallas did not do much during practice this week and may be a game-time decision for the game. He will see a handful of touches if he plays but is only a possible flex option in some leagues.

Seattle Seahawks OG Phil Haynes (ankle), RB DeeJay Dallas (ankle, quadriceps), TE Noah Fant (knee), CB Xavier Crawford (hamstring) and DE Shelby Harris (knee) did not practice on Tuesday, Jan. 10. Also, LB Bruce Irvin (pectoral), S Ryan Neal (knee) and DL Al Woods (Achilles) were limited, and WR Tyler Lockett (shin), OT Abraham Lucas (knee), OG Damien Lewis (ankle), RB Kenneth Walker III (ankle) and CB Tariq Woolen (ankle) practiced in full. The injury report was an estimation because the Seahawks only held a walk-through.

Seattle Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas rushed twice for 29 yards in Week 18 against the Los Angeles Rams, while adding a catch for minus-3 yards on his lone target. He also had a pair of punt returns for 24 yards.

Also, RB Travis Homer (ankle) did not practice and is doubtful, WR Tyler Lockett (shin) was limited and is questionable, RB DeeJay Dallas (ankle) and TE Noah Fant (knee) were limited but carry no designation, and RB Kenneth Walker III (ankle, illness), LB Uchenna Nwosu (foot), DE Poona Ford (calf), OT Abraham Lucas (knee), DL Al Woods (Achilles, rest), C Austin Blythe (hamstring), OG Gabe Jackson (knee, rest), LB Bruce Irvin (heel) and WR DK Metcalf (knee, rest) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.
