Seattle Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas (arm, wrist) was able to take part in a full practice session Wednesday, Nov. 11.
Huddle Up: Dallas has rushed 25 times for 72 yards and two scores while adding seven receptions for 25 yards and a touchdown across the past two games. He has proven he can he somewhat effective and a useful fantasy option when given the chance. He and Travis Homer might be the two lead backs against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 10, although Chris Carson is rounding the corner in his rehab from a foot injury and Carlos Hyde is nearing a return to practice, too. The fantasy window for Dallas would slam shut if Carson and/or Hyde is healthy enough to return.

Seattle Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas rushed seven times for 31 yards and a touchdown and caught two passes for eight yards in a 44-34 loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 9.
Huddle Up: The Seahawks quickly abandoned the running game after falling behind early, limiting Dallas' involvement on offense. Still, he has managed three touchdowns in the last two games, and if Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde remain sidelined in Week 10, Dallas will have some flex appeal.

Seattle Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas (arm, wrist) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 6, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.
Huddle Up: Dallas received 23 touches in the last game and finished with two touchdowns. He should receive a majority of the work at running back again this week and can be a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Seattle Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas (arm, wrist) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 5.
Huddle Up: Dallas received 22 touches in the last game and accounted for two of the team's touchdown. He could have a solid offensive role this week depending on the statuses of Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde. Dallas has a chance to be a flex option in leagues.

Seattle Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas (arm, wrist) was listed as a full participant at practice Wednesday, Nov. 4.
Huddle Up: Dallas capitalized on a big opportunity in Week 8. He totaled 58 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns on 23 targets while playing 79% of the offensive snaps. He'll need to be in lineups again if both Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde miss more time.

Seattle Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas ran 18 times for 41 yards and a touchdown in Week 8 against the San Francisco 49ers and he added five grabs for 17 yards and a score.
Huddle Up: Dallas did the heavy lifting with Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde on the shelf. The former Miami Hurricanes back didn't do much, but the touchdowns were nice. He is worth using as a low-end RB3 or flex fantasy play in Week 9 against the Bills if Carson and Hyde are each unavailable again.

Seattle Seahawks RB Deejay Dallas 'could get some significant snaps in the two-minute/third-down' role, according to Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times Thursday, Aug. 26.
Huddle Up: Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde are firmly ahead of the 2020 fourth-round pick to start the season, and Rashaad Penny will presumably move back ahead of Dallas once he's ready to return. Dallas could be an early-season streaming option against teams bad at covering pass-catching running backs.

Seattle Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas has made a good first impression on head coach Pete Carroll. 'He's very versatile,' Carroll said. 'He catches the ball well, he runs well, runs routes real well - has a background of running routes as a receiver, has a quarterback background going back to high school.'
