Chicago Bears QB Justin Fields was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday, Jan. 6.
Huddle Up: Fields probably will not be cleared in time for the Week 18 game, so Andy Dalton likely will start the regular season finale. He should be avoided in fantasy leagues.

Chicago Bears QB Justin Fields (ankle) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Jan. 5.
Huddle Up: Fields has been sidelined the last few weeks but has been named the starter for the Week 18 game. He should be a starting option in two-quarterback leagues but is a riskier option in standard leagues.

Confirming a previous report, Chicago Bears QB Justin Fields (ankle) is not active for Week 17's game against the New York Giants.
Huddle Up: Fields had been listed as questionable on the injury report but was able to participate in all three of Chicago's practice sessions during the week on a limited basis. He will get another week to fully recover from his ankle injury, with QB Andy Dalton receiving the starting nod and QB Nick Foles serving as the backup. Despite the favorable matchup, Dalton is not a recommended fantasy option this afternoon.
