Dallas Cowboys RB Tony Pollard leads the league with 12 broken tackles on receptions in 2023, according to Pro Football Reference. Miami Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert (seven) is the only other player with more than six.
Huddle Up: Perhaps the most interesting part of Pollard's broken tackle story is that he is breaking a tackle on almost every other catch but is only averaging one broken tackle for every 48 carries. Admittedly, it is much harder for players to break tackles as runners than receivers, but that is a stark contrast nonetheless. Pollard has not run often - or particularly well, for that matter - over his last three games but could be poised for a big game in Week 8 against the Los Angeles Rams after getting a week off in Week 7.

Dallas Cowboys RB Tony Pollard (shoulder) practiced in full for the second straight day on Saturday, Oct. 14, and carries no designation for Week 6.
Huddle Up: Pollard finished off the week with two full practices after popping up on the injury report and being limited on Thursday. He's a locked-in RB1 in a favorable matchup against a Los Angeles Chargers defense ceding the ninth-most fantasy points per game to the position.
