San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy converted an NFL-record 58% of his passes on third and fourth down into first downs in 2025.
Huddle Up: Purdy dealt with his own injuries and injuries to several offensive weapons, but he still managed to throw 20 touchdowns in nine games, tossing three-plus touchdowns four times. If Purdy and company can enjoy a healthier 2026 campaign, he should be in the QB1 mix.

San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy (toe) said he will not need surgery on the toe injury he dealt with during the season.
Huddle Up: Purdy was limited to nine games this season because of injury but should be able to participate in all of the workouts this offseason. He posted good numbers when he was able to play in 2025 and will likely be a No. 1 quarterback in leagues next season.

San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy had four wins in seven games against playoff teams in 2025, posting a 79.6 passer rating with 18.9 points per game (PPG) on offense, while going 4-0 with a 123.9 passer rating and 38.0 PPG against non-playoff teams.
Huddle Up: Purdy struggled badly against the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Divisional Round playoff game on Saturday, but the struggles of the offense weren't all his fault. Remember, George Kittle tore his Achilles in Philadelphia last week, and the offensive line struggled to blow open holes, leading to mediocre rushing performances from Christian McCaffrey and the run game for most of the season.

San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy completed 15 of his 27 passes for 140 yards and an interception and rushed five times for 37 yards and lost a fumble in a 41-6 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in the Divisional Round. RB Christian McCaffrey (stinger) dealt with a stinger but managed 11 carries for 35 yards and caught five passes for 39 yards, and RB Jordan James added six carries for 28 yards and caught a seven-yard pass. TE Jake Tonges (foot) caught five passes for a team-high 59 yards before exiting with a foot injury, and WR Jauan Jennings had two grabs for 23 yards. WR Ricky Pearsall and WR Kendrick Bourne were both targeted twice, but neither caught a pass, and WR Demarcus Robinson gained a yard on his only catch. LB Dee Winters tied for the team lead with nine tackles, including three tackles for loss, and LB Eric Kendricks also had nine stops. S Malik Mustapha chipped in eight tackles and a sack.

San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy completed 18-of-31 passes for 262 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions, while running nine times for 24 yards, in the NFC Wild Card game road win against the Philadelphia Eagles. RB Christian McCaffrey rushed 15 times for 48 yards, while posting six receptions for 66 yards and two touchdowns, including a 29-yard TD from WR Jauan Jennings. The latter had one reception for 45 yards on three targets and the scoring strike. WR Demarcus Robinson led the way with six receptions for 111 yards and a touchdown on seven targets, while FB Kyle Juszczyk absorbed all four targets for 49 yards, with TE Jake Tonges posted a 14-yard catch on three targets, stepping in for TE George Kittle (Achilles), who had one grab for six yards before leaving with a ruptured Achilles. San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy faces the Philadelphia Eagles in the wild-card round, and the Eagles allowed a league-low 14 passing touchdowns in the regular season.
Huddle Up: Injuries aside, Purdy has played well when he has been on the field this season. However, the Eagles are a tough test, and in addition to limiting passing touchdowns, they are also holding opposing quarterbacks to the lowest completion percentage in the league. Purdy is on the lower end of potential quarterback options for fantasy playoff contests.

San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy (neck, shoulder) suffered a stinger on his final play in Week 18's game versus the Seattle Seahawks. Although he went to the medical tent, head coach Kyle Shanahan said Purdy was fine and could have re-entered the game.
Huddle Up: Purdy went 19-for-27 with 127 passing yards, an interception and 20 rushing yards versus the Seahawks on a day where the entire San Francisco offense had a difficult time getting things going. Despite this poor performance, Purdy should continue to be viewed as a viable QB1 option in fantasy leagues.

San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy completed 19 of his 27 passes for 127 yards and an interception and rushed twice for 21 yards in a 13-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 18.
Huddle Up: Purdy and the San Francisco offense had been firing on all cylinders coming into the finale, but he couldn't get anything going against Seattle's defense. Saturday's performance aside, Purdy was in the QB1 mix most weeks this season, tossing multiple touchdowns in six of his nine games.

San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy completed 24-of-33 passes for 303 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in Week 17 against the Chicago Bears, while running six times for 28 yards and a pair of scores.
Huddle Up: Purdy went wild despite the fact he did not have George Kittle at his disposal. He heads into the Week 18 regular-season finale on fire, and looks to help the Niners lock up the NFC West Division and home-field advantage with a win over the Seattle Seahawks.

San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy completed 25 of 34 passes for 295 yards, five touchdowns, and one interception versus the Indianapolis Colts in Week 16. Purdy also ran the ball twice for 11 yards in the win.
Huddle Up: Injuries ruined most of the first two months, but Purdy is delivering at the perfect time for fantasy owners, throwing eight TD passes in his last two games combined. A date with the Bears awaits this Sunday night. Despite a good record and an NFL-best 21 interceptions, Chicago is not a great defense, and if Purdy can avoid the negative plays he's capable of putting up big numbers in what for many owners will be their championship game.
