Indianapolis Colts WR Josh Downs registered eight receptions for 82 yards and a touchdown on nine targets in Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Huddle Up: Downs made his season debut last week, but he was a little rusty. He fit right back in Sunday, and really jelled nicely with backup Joe Flacco, who came on for the injured Anthony Richardson. The pass offense was much better with the veteran under center. If Richardson's hip pointer keeps him out, Downs might be worth a look as a WR4 or flex fantasy option with Flacco under center in Week 5 at Jacksonville.

Indianapolis Colts WR Josh Downs (ankle) made his season debut in Week 3 against the Chicago Bears, finishing with three receptions for 22 yards on five targets.
Huddle Up: Downs is battling Alec Pierce and Michael Pittman Jr. for the eye of QB Anthony Richardson, who has been tremendously erratic. Unfortunately, it might take an injury to one of those other receivers before Downs has a meaningful role in the offense and any fantasy value.

Indianapolis Colts WR Josh Downs (ankle) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 20, and is not on the injury report for Week 3.
Huddle Up: Downs is on track to make his season debut and may have a big role right away if Michael Pittman Jr. is not able to play. He should see some targets this week and could be a possible flex option in deeper leagues.

DE Laiatu Latu (hip) was upgraded to a limited practice on Friday and is also listed as questionable. C Ryan Kelly (rest) and OT Braden Smith (knee) did not practice on Friday but no longer appear on the injury report. Indianapolis Colts WR Josh Downs (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 19.
Huddle Up: Downs appears to be on track to make his season debut this week, but it is not known if he will have any limitations if he plays. Fantasy players may want to see him play in a game of two before considering him for their lineups.

Indianapolis Colts WR Josh Downs (ankle) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Sept. 18.
Huddle Up: Downs has missed the first two games of the season because of the injury but seems to have a chance to play in Week 3. Fantasy players should monitor his participation during the week because he could be a possible flex option in some leagues if he is cleared to play.

Indianapolis Colts WR Josh Downs (ankle) has been declared inactive for the Week 2 game.
Huddle Up: Downs has made progress in his recovery from an ankle injury but is still not ready to play at this point. Alec Pierce is coming off a terrific Week 1 game and could be a flex option in deeper leagues while Downs is sidelined.

Updating a previous report, Indianapolis Colts WR Josh Downs (ankle) is still considered to have a 50-50 chance to play in Week 2's game versus the Green Bay Packers, according to a source.
Huddle Up: Downs was given a questionable designation on the injury report but logged a full practice session Friday, Sept. 13, after having had two limited sessions earlier in the week. If he is cleared to play, he should see multiple targets this afternoon and would be a possible flex option in some fantasy leagues.

Indianapolis Colts S Julian Blackmon (shoulder) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 2 against the Green Bay Packers. DT DeForest Buckner (back) also did not practice all week but is listed as questionable. DE Kwity Paye (hamstring) was upgraded to a limited practice on Friday, Sept. 13, and is listed as questionable. WR Josh Downs (ankle) practiced in full on Friday but is also listed as questionable. Indianapolis Colts WR Josh Downs (ankle) is listed as questionable but expected to be a game-time decision for Week 2 against the Green Bay Packers.
Huddle Up: Based on head coach Shane Steichen's "we'll see" comment when asked about Downs on Friday, it sounds more likely than not he will sit one more week. The good news is Downs has practiced in a limited fashion all week and is at the end of the four-to-six-week timetable he was given the high-ankle sprain diagnosis in early August. Downs was reportedly the best receiver in camp before getting hurt, so fantasy managers should continue to hold. He possesses significant upside if he can get back to full health.
