Seattle Seahawks RB Kenny McIntosh ran seven times for 49 yards but failed to catch the only pass thrown in his direction in Week 18 versus the Los Angeles Rams.
Huddle Up: McIntosh did enough with his opportunities late in the season to earn a chance for more playing time in 2025, but he also has little chance of passing Kenneth Walker or Zach Charbonnet on the depth chart. He remains a stash candidate only in deep dynasty leagues.

Seattle Seahawks RB Kenny McIntosh had seven carries for 46 yards against the Chicago Bears in Week 17.
Huddle Up: McIntosh ripped off a 25-yard run on the opening drive that wound up being the longest play of the game. With Kenneth Walker (ankle) placed on IR, McIntosh will be RB2 behind Zach Charbonnet for the season finale against the Rams. That game could be for the NFC West title. Or, if LA effectively wraps things up against Arizona this weekend, it could be played primarily against Rams backups. Either way, in a week where a lot of top players could sit across the NFL, the former Bulldog offers some fill-in potential as a possible flex.

Seattle Seahawks RB Kenny McIntosh had three carries for 14 yards versus the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, Dec. 22. He added a 15-yard catch on his lone target.
Huddle Up: Interestingly, McIntosh had four touches to three for Zach Charbonnet in a game where Kenneth Walker (ankle) injured his ankle. With Seattle set to face the Bears on Thursday night, it feels like a long shot that Walker will be ready to roll. The smart money is still on the more experienced Charbonnet to step in and function as the lead back, but keep an eye out to see if there are any rumblings about McIntosh being in line for a bigger role.

Seattle Seahawks RB Kenny McIntosh set career highs across the board with seven carries for 38 yards and two catches on as many targets for seven yards in Week 14 versus the Arizona Cardinals.
Huddle Up: McIntosh was surprisingly involved in the first half, even getting a couple of carries during the team's first drive (13 plays). The highlight of his day was a 16-yard run on Seattle's next possession. McIntosh should only be added in fantasy if Kenneth Walker (calf) is unable to play next week. Even then, he would only be useful if Zach Charbonnet finds his way onto the injury report and is sidelined like Walker was this week.
