Seattle Seahawks RB Kenny McIntosh (knee) is a speedy back who has battled knee injuries in the early part of his career, including a torn ACL suffered in training camp last summer. "He's coming along," head coach Mike Macdonald said last month. "It's tough to put a timetable to it. He's training his tail off. I think it's one of those deals where, 'Hey, let's just keep hitting those benchmarks until we can evaluate what it's going to look like in the fall."'
Huddle Up: McIntosh could force his way into the mix with Emanuel Wilson, rookie Jadarian Price and George Holani if he gets healthy and has a strong training camp and preseason. His propensity for injury and underdog status make him a long-shot, however. For fantasy purposes, he is more of a wait-and-see guy, rather than someone to target late on draft day, even in deeper leagues.

Seattle Seahawks RB Kenny McIntosh is the "best option" currently on the roster to replace the explosiveness of Kansas City Chiefs RB Kenneth Walker III, according to Brady Henderson of ESPN.com.
Huddle Up: While McIntosh could see a few carries as a change-of-pace option next season, especially until Zach Charbonnet returns from injury, he will still likely be well behind George Holani and Emanuel Wilson in the pecking order for touches.

Seattle Seahawks RB Kenny McIntosh (leg) was helped off the field after suffering a leg injury during practice Saturday, July 26.

Seattle Seahawks RB Kenny McIntosh ran seven times for 49 yards but failed to catch the only pass thrown in his direction in Week 18 versus the Los Angeles Rams.
Huddle Up: McIntosh did enough with his opportunities late in the season to earn a chance for more playing time in 2025, but he also has little chance of passing Kenneth Walker or Zach Charbonnet on the depth chart. He remains a stash candidate only in deep dynasty leagues.
