Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix (ankle) might be on the field in some capacity during minicamp from June 16-18, and head coach Sean Payton said Nix should be full speed in July.
Huddle Up: Barring any setbacks, Nix has the potential to be middle of the pack as a QB1 in most fantasy leagues, especially with Denver moving to add Jaylen Waddle to the receivers room.

Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton told reporters there is "a good chance" QB Bo Nix (ankle) will be on the field in June.
Huddle Up: Nix coming back from an ankle injury, despite how significant it is, should not affect his play come the regular season. He has a chance to break into the QB1 mold with the addition of Jaylen Waddle, but at the very least, he is a dynamic late-round QB target.

Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix (ankle) will probably do some throwing during the June minicamp and should be fully healthy for training camp, according to head coach Sean Payton.
Huddle Up: Nix is recovering from a second ankle surgery but seems to be on track for training camp and the regular season. He is coming off of a tremendous 2025 season and can be a low-end No. 1 quarterback in most fantasy leagues this upcoming season.

Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix had a follow-up, cleanup procedure on his fractured right ankle last week. The 26-year-old broke it in the Broncos' divisional-round victory over Buffalo, and is "firmly on track to be ready for the start of training camp," according to the report.
Huddle Up: Nix was the QB7 last season, leading the NFL in pass attempts (612) while throwing for 3,931 yards and 25 touchdowns against 11 interceptions. He added five rushing scores. With Denver adding WR Jaylen Waddle to his disposal, Nix should be a solid, midrange QB1 in 2026.

Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix (ankle) is expected to be sidelined for 12 weeks after undergoing surgery last week to repair a broken right ankle, according to multiple sources. He is not supposed to put any weight on the ankle for at least four weeks. It is believed that Nix will have largely recovered in time to participate in the Broncos' offseason program.
Huddle Up: This marks the third time Nix has broken his ankle playing football but the most recent injury was in a different spot and doctors reportedly told him that it should not bother him in the long term. Jarrett Stidham will serve as the Broncos' No. 1 quarterback for the remainder of the postseason but should not be viewed as a strong fantasy option.
