RB Derrick Henry said that the Dallas Cowboys never reached out to him during free agency this offseason before he signed with the Baltimore Ravens, according to an interview he did with Adam Schein on the "Schein on Sports" show on SiriusXM's Mad Dog Radio. Henry makes his offseason home in Dallas and the Cowboys had been rumored to have interest in acquiring him from the Tennessee Titans before the 2023 NFL trade deadline.

Impending free-agent RB Derrick Henry (Titans) reportedly agreed to terms on a two-year contract worth $16 million - including $9 million guaranteed in the first year - with the Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday, March 12. The deal reportedly involves incentives that could allow Henry to earn a maximum of $20 million.
Huddle Up: The Ravens are taking a slight risk by rolling the dice on a 30-year-old back, but Henry is not your typical running back in any way, shape or form. In Baltimore, Henry joins one of the few offenses in the league that will not hesitate to run the ball 30-plus times per game. While it is likely someone like Keaton Mitchell (knee) will steal passing-down work from him, Henry will be a strong candidate to push for 300-plus touches yet again in 2024 should his body hold up. The former Tennessee Titan should remain a solid RB1 option in fantasy as a player capable of exceeding 1,500 total yards and 10 touchdowns.

Impending free-agent RB Derrick Henry (Titans) is receiving interest from Baltimore Ravens, and Henry is believed to have interest in joining the Ravens, according to a source.
Huddle Up: The Ravens may be losing their top two running backs from this season in free agency, so Henry is a logical target for the team. He will receive most of the work at running back if he signs with Baltimore and can be a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans impending free-agent RB Derrick Henry is considered unlikely to re-sign with the Titans this offseason but there is a small chance of the two sides reaching a deal, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Henry should receive interest from multiple teams if he hits the free-agent market. He will start no matter where he signs and probably will be a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry is unlikely to receive the franchise tag ahead of free agency, according to sources Monday, Feb. 26.
Huddle Up: Henry should be a hot commodity in free agency. In the right landing spot, he should retain fringe RB1 value for at least the 2024 season.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry (non-injury) did not participate in practice Thursday, Jan. 4.
Huddle Up: Henry will receive his normal workload this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars and will look to improve on the 38 yards he posted against the Jaguars earlier in the season. He should still be considered a starting option in all leagues.
