Although Williams is recovering from a torn ACL, the injury happened early enough last season that he should be ready for training camp. The biggest question with him - as it has been since his college days - is his ability to stay somewhat healthy. If he can do that, he should thrive opposite Garrett Wilson while catching passes from Aaron Rodgers. Consider him a high-risk fantasy WR3 option in early drafts.
