Free-agent TE O.J. Howard (Bills) agreed to terms with the Buffalo Bills Wednesday, March 16, according to a source. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Howard is coming off a disappointing 2021 season but should have a good role in the passing game for the Bills. He can be at least a No. 2 tight end in fantasy leagues that can be a starting option at times.

Huddle Up: Howard's fantasy value will depend on if Rob Gronkowski is active for the game. Howard can be a low-end No. 1 fantasy tight end if Gronkowski sits out but can be kept on the bench if Gronkowski plays.
