Free-agent TE Gerald Everett (Seahawks) agreed to terms with the Los Angeles Chargers Sunday, March 20. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Everett has a good chance to win the starting job during training camp and can see a handful of targets each game. He will be part of one of the better offenses in the NFL and could be a low-end No. 1 tight end in some deeper leagues.

Seattle Seahawks TE Gerald Everett registered four receptions for 68 yards and a touchdown on five targets in Week 16 against the Chicago Bears.
Huddle Up: Everett has scored a touchdown in every other game across the past five outings, scoring in Week 16, Week 14 and Week 12. He'll look to score in an odd-numbered in Week 17 against the Detroit Lions.

Seattle Seahawks TE Gerald Everett caught all four of his targets for 60 yards in a 20-10 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 15.
Huddle Up: Everett led the team in receiving yards, but it was just the second time this season he has reached 60 yards and third time topping 50 yards. At best, he is a risky streaming option.

Seattle Seahawks TE Gerald Everett caught four passes for seven yards in Week 13 against the San Francisco 49ers. He also fumbled twice, losing both.
Huddle Up: It's hard to conjure up a more dismal performance in recent memory than the one Everett put together in the Emerald City on Sunday. His first fumble led to a one-play 49ers TD drive. Then, he had what should have been a touchdown pass ricochet off his hands and turn into an interception that stopped a Seattle drive. Everett put a bow on things when he fumbled inside the two late in the game, giving San Francisco possession down by just seven; they'd drive 95 yards but needed 98 to tie. Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln... Keep Everett on the bench next Sunday.

Seattle Seahawks TE Gerald Everett ended up with five receptions for 37 yards and a touchdown on a game-high nine targets in Week 12 against the Washington Football Team.
Huddle Up: It wasn't a great fantasy line, but it was one of the best of the night for the visitors, and the trip to the end zone was nice, too. Everett is still more of a TE2 in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 13 against the visiting San Francisco 49ers.

Seattle Seahawks TE Gerald Everett (groin) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 19, and is not on the injury report for Week 11.
Huddle Up: Everett is coming off one of his best games of the season and will receive a handful of targets this week. He can be a possible low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.

Seattle Seahawks TE Gerald Everett (groin) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 18.
Huddle Up: Everett has missed the first two practices of the season and probably will need to practice Friday, Nov. 18, if he wants a chance to play in Week 11. Fantasy players can monitor the situation but may want to look for other options.

Seattle Seahawks TE Gerald Everett (groin) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 17.
Huddle Up: Everett is coming off his best game of the season, but it is not known if his injury will affect his status for Week 11. He could be a possible low-end No. 1 tight end in some leagues if he plays.

Seattle Seahawks TE Gerald Everett posted team highs of eight grabs, 63 yards and eight targets in Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers.
Huddle Up: Everett was glad to see Russell Wilson back under center, as he had just six catches for 58 yards across the past three games with Geno Smith as the starter. Still, Everett hasn't scored since Week 1 in Indianapolis. He remains more of a TE2 in most fantasy leagues. The Seahawks travel to meet the Arizona Cardinals in Week 11.

Seattle Seahawks TE Gerald Everett faces the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 8, and the Jaguars are allowing opposing quarterbacks to complete 78 percent of their passes when targeting tight ends.
Huddle Up: Everett enters the matchup with 13 catches for 128 yards on the year, but Jacksonville is allowing 79.0 yards per game to tight ends. He could be worth a flier if you are looking for a streaming option at the position.
