WR Cooper Kupp caught five passes for a team-high 60 yards, and WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba had three grabs for 19 yards and a score. WR Rashid Shaheed gained 27 yards on two carries, and he returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown. TE AJ Barner was not targeted, but he did have a two-yard carry. LB Ernest Jones IV had six tackles and an interception, and DL Leonard Williams and DL DeMarcus Lawrence both recorded a sack.

TE AJ Barner (hip), S Coby Bryant (knee), OT Charles Cross (hamstring, knee), LB Tyrice Knight (shoulder), LB DeMarcus Lawrence (Achilles), WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (non-injury), DE Leonard Williams (non-injury) and CB Riq Woolen (oblique) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (non-injury) was limited during practice Thursday, Jan. 15, but is not on the injury report for the Divisional Round playoff game.
Huddle Up: Kupp caught at least five passes in only three of his 16 regular season games and posted at least 50 yards in only three games. He may see a few targets during the playoff game and could still be a possible flex option in a few fantasy leagues.

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp caught two of his three targets for 29 yards in a 13-3 win over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 18.
Huddle Up: Kupp has operated as the No. 2 option in the Seattle passing game, but the gap between he and Jaxon Smith-Njigba is massive. The pecking order seems unlikely to change any time soon, making Kupp a WR4/WR5 heading into 2026.

Seattle Seahawks OT Charles Cross (hamstring) did not participate in practice Thursday, Jan. 1, and has been ruled out for Week 18. S Coby Bryant (knee) was limited during practice but is listed as doubtful. OT Joshua Jones (ankle, knee) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. WR Cooper Kupp (non-injury) was limited during practice but is not on the injury report. TE AJ Barner (elbow, hip), LB Derick Hall (hand), CB Josh Jobe (wrist), LB DeMarcus Lawrence (non-injury), OT Abraham Lucas (neck), S Ty Okada (knee, oblique), WR Rashid Shaheed (concussion), WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (non-injury) and DE Leonard Williams (non-injury) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (non-injury) was limited during practice Thursday, Jan. 1, but is not on the injury report for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Kupp was not a big part of the offense last week but has been targeted at least four times in four of the last six games. He should see a similar workload this week but can be avoided in most leagues.

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp caught one pass for six yards against the Carolina Panthers in Week 17. He was targeted three times during the game.
Huddle Up: Kupp's six yards were a season low for him, and he was held to only one reception for just the second time in 2025. He should see a handful of targets next week but may only be a possible flex option in leagues.

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (rest) was limited in practice on Friday, Dec. 26.
Huddle Up: Kupp has not been a consistent target in the Seahawks' offense in 2025. Fantasy players should avoid him unless they are playing in deeper leagues in Week 17.

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp had three receptions (on four targets) for 39 yards in Week 16 versus the Los Angeles Rams. Kupp also lost a fumble.
Huddle Up: Thursday night was the sixth straight game where Kupp failed to reach the 50-yard mark. Whatever contributions the veteran may be making to the Seahawks roster as a whole, he's done next to nothing for fantasy owners for most of 2025. He's end-of-the-bench WR5/WR6 depth, at best, in standard leagues.

Seattle Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp ended up with five receptions for 46 yards on seven targets in Week 15 against the Indianapolis Colts.
Huddle Up: Kupp has started to pick up the pace a little bit, going for three or more receptions in three of his past five outings. His yardage total was his highest since Week 9 against Arizona, when he had 74 yards. Still, Kupp is best used as a WR5 in PPR leagues, with lesser fantasy appeal in standard play.
