Dallas Cowboys QB Cooper Rush will start again in Week 12 but backup QB Trey Lance will have some packages, head coach Mike McCarthy said on Tuesday, Nov. 19.

Dallas Cowboys QB Cooper Rush completed 32-of-55 passes for a career-high 354 yards, one touchdowns and one interception in Week 11 against the Houston Texans, while running twice for two yards.
Huddle Up: It was the second career 300-yard passing effort for Rush, with his first being a start in Minnesota on Oct. 31, 2021 in his first NFL start. Despite the solid yardage total, he isn't someone you're going to want to rely upon outside of deeper fantasy leagues using two starting signal callers. The Cowboys travel to meet the Washington Commanders in Week 12.

Dallas Cowboys QB Cooper Rush (neck) practiced in full for the third consecutive day on Saturday, Nov. 16, and carries no designation for Week 11.
Huddle Up: Rush has taken the reins of the Cowboys' offense with Dak Prescott expected to miss the rest of the season. However, he hasn't come close to garnering consideration as a starter.

In addition, LB Nick Vigil (foot) did not practice but is listed as questionable, FB Hunter Luepke (calf) did not practice and is doubtful, OT Chuma Edoga (toe), WR CeeDee Lamb (back) and OG Zack Martin (shoulder) were limited and are questionable and CB Caelen Carson (shoulder, illness), CB Trevon Diggs (calf), TE Jake Ferguson (illness), OT Tyler Guyton (shoulder), LB Eric Kendricks (shoulder), LB DeMarvion Overshown (knee), DE Micah Parsons (ankle), QB Cooper Rush (neck), OG Tyler Smith (knee), S Juanyeh Thomas (concussion) and S Donovan Wilson (hip) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

Dallas Cowboys QB Cooper Rush (neck) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 15.
Huddle Up: Rush likely will have more success this week than he did in Week 10 but should not be a starting option in any fantasy leagues at this time.

Dallas Cowboys QB Cooper Rush (neck) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 14.
Huddle Up: Rush appears to be dealing with a minor injury and is on track to receive another start in Week 11. He did not have much success last week and should be avoided in all fantasy leagues.

Dallas Cowboys QB Cooper Rush will be the starting quarterback for the Cowboys in Week 11, according to head coach Mike McCarthy.
Huddle Up: Rush threw for only 45 yards in Week 10 even though he completed 13 passes during the game. He likely will have more success in Week 11 but should be avoided in all fantasy leagues.

Dallas Cowboys QB Trey Lance replaced QB Cooper Rush during a 34-6 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 10, completing four of his six passes for 21 yards and an interception. He also rushed three times for 17 yards.
Huddle Up: It remains to be seen if the Cowboys will turn to Lance with the playoffs likely out of reach, but even if he does start, he doesn't need to be rostered in fantasy leagues.

Dallas Cowboys QB Cooper Rush completed 13 of his 23 passes for 45 yards and lost two fumbles in a 34-6 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 10.
Huddle Up: In case any fantasy owners thought Rush might be able to step in for Dak Prescott and produce, the Eagles provided quite the reality check. Trey Lance saw some action late in the game, and with Dallas now sitting at 3-6, it wouldn't be a surprise if Lance saw more time going forward.

Dallas Cowboys QB Cooper Rush was benched in the Week 10 game against the Philadelphia Eagles after going 13-of-23 for just 45 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions.
Huddle Up: Rush gave way to QB Trey Lance, as the Cowboys are looking for a spark with QB Dak Prescott sidelined for the rest of the season due to a torn hamstring and impending surgery. Rush isn't the answer for the Cowboys, or fantasy managers. We'll keep an eye on Lance and see what he can do now.
