Washington Commanders RB Austin Ekeler led the team in targets (9), receptions (8), and receiving yards (89) versus the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 11. He also ran the ball twice for seven yards.
Huddle Up: On a night when the Eagles locked down Washington on the outside, Ekeler was Jayden Daniels' primary target, ultimately falling just shy of 100 total yards even with Brian Robinson back in action. The veteran back is a capable flex option that can creep into RB3 territory some weeks.

Washington Commanders RB Austin Ekeler ran 13 times for a team-high 44 yards and two touchdowns in Week 10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, while adding a single 7-yard reception on two targets.
Huddle Up: Ekeler was taking advantage of the fact Brian Robinson Jr. was sidelined, and Jeremy McNichols and Chris Rodriguez Jr. could do nothing on the ground. Ekeler still has plenty left in the tank, and if he leads the backfield Thursday in Philadelphia, he could have some appeal as a RB3 or flex fantasy option.

Washington Commanders RB Austin Ekeler rushed for 42 yards and one touchdown on 11 carries against the New York Giants in Week 9. He also caught three passes for 41 yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Ekeler continues to be involved in both the running and passing game and has been productive in both parts of the offense. He should see a similar workload next week and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Washington Commanders RB Austin Ekeler ran seven times for 52 yards in Week 8 against the Chicago Bears, while posting two receptions for six yards on three targets.
Huddle Up: Ekeler was once a fantasy staple, but he has taken on more of a reserve role in Washington. As long as Brian Robinson Jr. is healthy, Ekeler's role and fantasy appeal is rather limited.

Washington Commanders RB Austin Ekeler rushed four times for 17 yards in Week 7 against the Carolina Panthers, while cashing in his two targets for just three receiving yards.
Huddle Up: Ekeler is back to a backup role now that Brian Robinson Jr. is 100 percent healthy and ready to assume his role as the bellcow in the Washington backfield. Avoid Ekeler outside of the deepest of fantasy leagues.

Washington Commanders RB Austin Ekeler rushed for 21 yards on nine carries against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 6. He also caught four passes for 47 yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Ekeler was the main running back for the Commanders this week but was more successful in the passing game. He will continue to have a solid role in the offense even when Brian Robinson Jr. returns to the lineup and can be a flex option most weeks.

Washington Commanders RB Austin Ekeler (heel) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 11, and is not on the injury report for Week 6.
Huddle Up: Ekeler will be involved in the offense and could receive most of the work at running back if Brian Robinson Jr. is not available for the game. He should be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues and could be a No. 2 back if he receives a bigger role.

Washington Commanders RB Austin Ekeler (heel) was a full participant in practice on Thursday, Oct. 10, after being limited the day before.
Huddle Up: Ekeler remains behind Brian Robinson (knee) on the depth chart, but with Robinson not practicing over the first two days to start the week, there's a chance he doesn't play on Sunday. In that scenario, Ekeler is a strong RB2 play.

Washington Commanders DL Phidarian Mathis (illness), S Tyler Owens (shin) and RB Brian Robinson Jr. (knee) did not practice on Thursday, Oct. 10. Also, OG Nick Allegretti (ankle), WR Noah Brown (groin), S Percy Butler (groin), DE Clelin Ferrell (knee) and S Quan Martin (neck) were limited and RB Austin Ekeler (heel), CB Emmanuel Forbes Jr. (thumb), LB Dante Fowler (illness), LB Jordan Magee (knee) and DL Efe Obada (tibia, fibula) practiced in full.

Washington Commanders RB Austin Ekeler (heel) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 9.
Huddle Up: Ekeler returned to the lineup last week and posted nearly 100 total yards during the game. He will be involved in both the running and passing game in Week 6 if he plays and should be at least a flex option in all fantasy leagues.
