He was not required to undergo surgery and has benefitted from resting over the last few weeks, following a period where he needed to wear a brace for several games after sustaining the initial injury Nov. 6.
Huddle Up: Allen should be one of the top quarterbacks selected off fantasy draft boards this offseason, if not the very first choice. Even while battling a significant elbow injury for the final two months of the 2022 campaign, he threw for 4,283 passing yards and 35 touchdowns while missing just one game.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (elbow) is not expected to undergo offseason surgery on his right elbow and will instead opt to rest, according to comments from general manager Brandon Beane on Tuesday, Jan. 24.
Huddle Up: Allen suggested Monday that his mechanics and throwing motion were affected by the Week 9 injury until the end of the regular season. Considering he seems to be pain-free right now - he told reporters he is back to his old mechanics and throwing motion Monday - he should be in great shape for the offseason and training camp. Allen figures to be the top quarterback off fantasy draft boards in most leagues again this offseason.
