New Orleans Saints WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling caught two of his three passes for 36 yards and a touchdown in a 21-14 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 13.
Huddle Up: Although he has just seven catches in his last three games, four of them have gone for touchdowns. Thanks to injuries, Valdes-Scantling is the main vertical threat for the Saints offense, giving him potential as a flex option.

New Orleans Saints WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling posted two receptions for 87 yards on four targets, including a 71-yard touchdown, in Week 11 against the Cleveland Browns.
Huddle Up: The journeyman has found a home in NOLA, jelling instantly with Derek Carr. The two have hooked up for seven receptions, 196 yards and three touchdowns in the past two games. MVS might be worth a look as a low-end WR3 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 13 after the bye.

New Orleans Saints WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling caught all three of his targets for 109 yards and two touchdowns in a 20-17 win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10.
Huddle Up: Without Rashid Shaheed or Chris Olave, Valdes-Scantling emerged as the big-play weapon for Derek Carr. Until Olave is able to return, Valdes-Scantling could have potential as a flex play.

Buffalo Bills WRs Curtis Samuel (toe) and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (neck) have "a real good chance" of playing in the season opener versus the Arizona Cardinals, according to head coach Sean McDermott.
Huddle Up: Samuel's return is the much more important one for fantasy purposes, although it is difficult to get overly excited about any receiver trying to return this quickly from turf toe. Fantasy managers are advised to keep him on the bench in most leagues and see how well he can push off his foot before considering him as a starting option in Week 2. Turf toe tends to linger and get worse as the season progresses if it is not allowed to fully heal, which makes Samuel something of a risky bet moving forward.
