New Orleans Saints RB Eno Benjamin (Achilles) was placed on injured reserve on Sunday, Aug. 6, after suffering a ruptured Achilles' tendon recently.

New Orleans Saints RB Eno Benjamin (Achilles') suffered a torn Achilles and is out for the season, head coach Dennis Allen announced on Saturday, Aug. 5.
Huddle Up: The hits keep coming for the Saints at running back, as the team recently lost starter Alvin Kamara for the first three games due to suspension. Benjamin figured to be no better than a No. 3 option behind Jamaal Williams and Kendre Miller with Kamara out, anyway, so this doesn't change much there.

New Orleans Saints RB Eno Benjamin rushed twice for 10 yards in Week 17 against the Philadelphia Eagles, while adding a 9-yard reception on his lone target.

Houston Texans RB Eno Benjamin was waived on Tuesday, Dec. 13.
Huddle Up: Benjamin's career takes yet another weird turn after he was unexpectedly released by the Arizona Cardinals last month. Benjamin will once again go to waivers where he will likely be claimed by another team unless there's some kind of deeper issue at play here. Regardless, he can be left on waivers in redraft leagues but can still be rostered in dynasty formats in the hopes he lands in a positive situation.

Free-agent RB Eno Benjamin (Cardinals) was claimed off waivers by the Houston Texans on Tuesday, Nov. 15.
Huddle Up: It comes as little surprise that Benjamin found a new home so quickly, as he had his moments with the Cardinals in 2022 before he was surprisingly jettisoned from Arizona's roster Monday. In Houston, Benjamin should immediately slot behind rookie sensation Dameon Pierce and serve as his primary backup. The bigger question will be if Benjamin takes some of the load off Pierce moving forward, which would make sense since the Texans have no reason to run their stud into the ground in a lost season.

Arizona Cardinals RB Eno Benjamin was informed of his eventual release Monday, Nov. 14.
Huddle Up: On one hand, it explains why Keaontay Ingram saw more action than Benjamin in Week 10. On the other hand, this move makes very little sense. First and foremost, the praise for Benjamin during the summer and early part of the season was palpable. Benjamin was also very good in relief of James Conner recently. Do not be surprised if Benjamin lands on his feet quickly and ends up being a decent contributor with his new team in short order.

Arizona Cardinals RB Eno Benjamin was good for four runs and 12 yards in Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks, while going for a 15-yard catch on his lone target.

Arizona Cardinals RB Eno Benjamin rushed nine times for 22 yards and caught four of his seven targets for 23 yards in a 34-26 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 8.

Correcting previous reports, Arizona Cardinals RB Eno Benjamin (foot) practiced in a limited fashion Tuesday, Oct. 18, and RB Darrel Williams (knee) did not practice. Previous reports had Benjamin listed as a non-participant and Williams as a full participant in practice.
