Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins (shoulder) isn't participating in the offseason workouts but is expected to be ready for training camp, per Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic on Tuesday, May 17. Higgins underwent shoulder surgery this offseason but was seen without a sling during Tuesday's workout.
Huddle Up: This will be a situation to monitor closely once training camp does arrive. When healthy, Higgins is a strong WR2 with weekly upside in a high-volume passing attack.
