Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (shoulder) does not appear on the team's injury report and will start the NFC Championship Game versus the San Francisco 49ers.
Huddle Up: Hurts did not have any restrictions during practice Friday, Jan. 27, according to head coach Nick Sirianni. Although he is one of the best remaining options at quarterback in DFS, he is a riskier play than normal this weekend because of the difficult matchup against the 49ers defense and the fact that he might not be at 100 percent.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (shoulder) said he still isn't 100 percent ahead of the NFC Championship Game against the San Francisco 49ers. "I've felt better. But, it don't really matter. Got to get it done," Hurts said on Wednesday Jan. 25.
Huddle Up: While he isn't at 100 percent, Hurts will definitely suit up for this game. That said, potential limitations throwing the football and a matchup against an elite defense in San Francisco is a concern. Hurts can still rack up the fantasy points with his legs and remains one of the best of the four options left at quarterback in DFS, but he's a bit riskier of a play this week than normal.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts completed 16 of his 24 passes for 154 yards and two touchdowns and rushed nine times for 34 yards and a score in a 38-7 win over the New York Giants in the divisional round of the playoffs.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (shoulder) won't be at 100 percent for the Divisional Round contest against the New York Giants, as he's still dealing with the effects of a shoulder sprain, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport on Saturday, Jan. 21.
Huddle Up: This is an obvious concern for the Eagles and their air attack, as Hurts might be limited in what he can do with the shoulder injury. Of course, the Eagles signal-caller can still put up big numbers in fantasy even if he doesn't have a big day through the air, thanks to his ability to run. This shouldn't scare fantasy managers off from putting him in DFS lineups this week, but perhaps downgrade his pass-catchers, like A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (shoulder) was not listed on the practice injury report Tuesday, Jan. 17.
Huddle Up: Hurts may not be back to 100% health just yet, but it's encouraging that he started the week without an injury designation. He's a solid fantasy play against the Giants.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (shoulder) is not expected to be at 100 percent when he takes the field for the team's NFC Divisional Round game next weekend. Head coach Nick Sirianni said Hurts came out of Week 18's game versus the New York Giants sore and Hurts expressed some relief at the team having a bye week, although he added that he has played through pain before.
Huddle Up: Hurts practiced Friday, Jan. 13, and although there was no official injury report released, he would have been given a "full" designation if one had been made available. Although he won't be at full strength, he should still be viewed as a decent lineup option for next week's postseason fantasy games.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts completed 20-of-35 passes for 229 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in Week 18 against the New York Giants in his return to the lineup. Hurts also rushed nine times for just 13 yards.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (shoulder) is officially active for the Week 18 game.
Huddle Up: Hurts returns to the lineup after a two-game absence and will be facing a New York Giants defense that is resting some players. He is a must-start option in all fantasy leagues.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (shoulder) is expected to play in Week 18, per sources on Saturday, Jan. 7.
Huddle Up: The report also states the Eagles will test Hurts out pregame to make sure, but it looks like all systems go for one of the very best quarterbacks in fantasy football. The Eagles are playing to secure the division and No. 1 seed, but with the Giants expected to rest their starters, it's very possible Hurts' day ends early if Philly can jump out to a big lead early on. Regardless, Hurts must be in lineups.
