Washington Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (foot) said he will be sidelined for about three months because of his foot surgery.
Huddle Up: Gibson will miss some of offseason workouts because of the surgery but should be fine for training camp. He probably will be part of a committee at running back next season but can still be a No. 3 running back in fantasy leagues.

Washington Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (foot) underwent surgery to repair a fracture Thursday, Jan. 5. There is hope he will be ready for offseason workouts.
Huddle Up: Gibson is entering the final year of his rookie contract and will be looking to earn a new deal either in Washington or elsewhere. He's a hold in dynasty and can be viewed as an RB3.

Washington Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (foot/knee) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Thursday, Jan. 5.
Huddle Up: Gibson will finish the 2022 season with an injury and likely will be viewed as an RB3/4 type assuming the Commanders don't add more to the backfield in 2023.

Washington Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (foot, knee) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Jan. 4.
Huddle Up: Gibson was not able to play in the last game and could sit again if he is not able to practice this week. Fantasy players should know more later in the week and can consider Gibson a flex option if he is active.

Washington Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (foot, knee) did not practice all week and was ruled out for Week 17 on Friday, Dec. 30.
Huddle Up: Gibson was a shaky start for those fantasy owners rolling the dice on him this week, but the decision has just been made for them. Now, Brian Robinson will be in for an even bigger workload, making him an RB2. Jonathan Williams will also get involved, but not enough to warrant starting consideration.

Washington Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (foot/knee) was ruled out Friday, Dec. 30, ahead of the Week 17 matchup against the Cleveland Browns.
Huddle Up: Gibson failed to practice all week so this isn't a surprise. Brian Robinson should be in line for a big workload in a favorable matchup, giving him an RB2 floor.

Washington Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (foot, knee) did not practice for the second-straight day on Thursday, Dec. 29.
Huddle Up: Gibson was dealing with the foot issue last week, but now he has the knee on top of it. He was at least able to get in limited sessions last week before suiting up, so it looks like he may not go. Even if he plays, Gibson will be hard to trust in lineups as anything more than a desperation flex play thanks to a reduced workload and lackluster production over his last four games.

Washington Commanders LB Jon Bostic (pectoral), OL Saahdiq Charles (concussion), S Darrick Forrest Jr. (illness), RB Antonio Gibson (foot, knee), OL Wes Schweitzer (illness), DE James Smith-Williams (concussion) and CB Benjamin St-Juste (ankle) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 29. S Percy Butler (hip) and S Kamren Curl (ankle) were limited. OG Andrew Norwell (shoulder), RB Brian Robinson Jr. (quad), DE Shaka Toney (ankle) and DE Chase Young (illness) practiced in full.

Washington Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (knee/foot) did not practice Thursday, Dec. 29.
Huddle Up: Gibson seems to be trending in the wrong direction to play so managers will need to make sure they have a pivot option ready.
