Washington Football Team RB Antonio Gibson (shin) returned to practice Thursday, Oct. 21, after sitting out the previous day.
Huddle Up: Good sign for Gibson who saw his snaps limited Sunday and then missed workouts Wednesday. He's a RB2 if he's able to go Sunday in Green Bay.

Washington Football Team RB Antonio Gibson (shin) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 20.

Washington Football Team RB Antonio Gibson (leg) underwent an MRI on his lower leg Monday, Oct. 18.
Huddle Up: Gibson has been on the injury report for the last several weeks because of a shin injury and missed some time in Week 6 because of the injury. Fantasy players should monitor the situation to see if Gibson will miss any time. He can be a No. 2 fantasy running back when healthy.

Washington Football Team RB Antonio Gibson rushed 10 times for 44 yards and failed to gain a yard on two receptions in a 31-13 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 6.
Huddle Up: Gibson has been held below 70 rushing yards in five straight games and has played a minimal role in the passing attack all year. A steady workload makes him a low-end RB2 option, but Gibson has shown little in the way of upside.

Washington Football Team RB Antonio Gibson (shin) briefly left the Week 6 game because of a shin injury but was able to return.
Huddle Up: Gibson has been dealing with the shin injury for the last several weeks but has been productive despite the injury. He should be a weekly starting option in all leagues as long as he is active.

Washington Football Team RB Antonio Gibson (shin) is active for Week 6's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Huddle Up: Gibson participated in two practice sessions during the week on a limited basis but this was likely more of an effort to keep him fresh rather than an indication of the severity of his injury. He is worthy of consideration as an RB2 option in fantasy leagues, especially given the favorable matchup versus the Chiefs' defense this afternoon.

Washington Football Team RB Antonio Gibson (shin) is expected to play in Week 6's game against the Kansas City Chiefs, barring a setback.
Huddle Up: Gibson had been listed as questionable on the injury report after participating in two of the team's three practice sessions during the week on a limited basis. However, head coach Ron Rivera said recently that his limited practice reps are designed to keep him fresh, as opposed to being a reflection on the severity of his injury. Gibson should be viewed as a solid RB2 option in fantasy leagues this week against a Kansas City rushing defense that has allowed the fourth-most rushing yards in the NFL this season.

Washington Football Team RB Antonio Gibson (shin) remained limited in practice Friday, Oct. 15, and is listed as questionable for Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers.
Huddle Up: Head coach Ron Rivera suggested Gibson's limited reps in recent weeks is to keep him fresh and not a reflection on his injury earlier this week, so this is about as favorable of a questionable designation as fantasy managers could hope for. Barring an unexpected setback this weekend, Gibson should be a very serviceable RB2 option.
