Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) was limited during practice Saturday, Dec. 6, and is listed as questionable for Week 14.
Huddle Up: Herbert has been optimistic about his availability, but fantasy players will need to monitor the situation over the next few days. He is a risky option because the Chargers play on Monday Night Football but can be a low-end No. 1 quarterback in leagues if he is active for the game.

Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) has not taken any snaps under center during practice this week, according to head coach Jim Harbaugh, who added that he has been participating in 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills. Harbaugh remains optimistic that Herbert will be able to play in Week 14's game versus the Philadelphia Eagles.
Huddle Up: Herbert underwent successful surgery to repair a fracture in his non-throwing hand Monday, Dec. 1, and has been a limited participant in the Chargers' first two practice sessions this week. He should be viewed as a risky fantasy option for Week 14 because of the difficult matchup against the Eagles' pass rush, as well as the fact that the team won't play until Monday night, putting owners in a bind if the Chargers decide to hold him out of action at the last minute. QB Trey Lance would start if Herbert is downgraded but would not be a recommended option in any fantasy format.

Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) was listed as a limited participant in practice for the second consecutive day Friday, Dec. 5.
Huddle Up: The Eagles are middle of the road against the pass, allowing 2,742 passing yards and 12 touchdowns with eight interceptions, while holding teams to just a 56.4 completion percentage, the best mark in the NFL. Even if Hebert can play, it's a difficult matchup.

Los Angeles Chargers TE Tucker Fisk (ankle) did not practice Friday, Dec. 5, while QB Justin Herbert (hand) was listed as a limited participant. LB Bud Dupree (rest), RB Omarion Hampton (ankle), DL Da'Shawn Hand (illness), RB Hassan Haskins (hamstring), WR Quentin Johnston (shoulder), DL Otito Ogbonnia (elbow), OT Trey Pipkins (back) and OL Jamaree Salyer (shoulder) were all able to practice in full.

Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Dec. 4.
Huddle Up: Herbert is preparing to play despite having surgery on his non-throwing hand, but it wouldn't be a surprise to see the Chargers lean more on the running game to try to protect Herbert a bit. The injury creates some question marks, making Hebert better suited as a QB2 in Week 14.

Los Angeles Chargers LB Bud Dupree (non-injury), TE Tucker Fisk (ankle) and DE Da'Shawn Hand (illness) did not practice Thursday, Dec. 4. RB Omarion Hampton (ankle), RB Hassan Haskins (hamstring), QB Justin Herbert (hand), WR Quentin Johnston (shoulder) and OT Trey Pipkins (back) were limited participants, and DT Otito Ogbonnia (elbow) was a full participant.

Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) is expected to practice Thursday, Dec. 4, or Friday, Dec. 5.
Huddle Up: Herbert is intent on playing this week against the Philadelphia Eagles. Herbert is the QB20 the last five weeks, and he's a risky bye-week replacement against an elite pass rush.

Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) will not practice on Wednesday, Dec. 3, according to head coach Jim Harbaugh.
Huddle Up: Herbert had hand surgery on Monday, but the team remains steadfast that he will still be able to play in Week 14. His practice status may not be a good indication of his availability, so you can plan on playing him until Harbaugh says otherwise.

Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) underwent successful surgery to repair a fracture in his left hand Monday, Dec. 1, and he's day to day.
Huddle Up: He has a chance to play because they face the Philadelphia Eagles Monday night. However, that puts you in a bad spot if he's unable to go, and you don't have anyone besides Trey Lance to pick up to stream. Lance would only be a two-QB league option, but against the Eagles' pass rush, it might not be pretty.
