San Francisco 49ers QB Mac Jones is not expected to be traded, according to a Feb. 24 report.
Huddle Up: "He's really good for us and we value that. And so somebody would have to come with something fairly strong for us to consider (trading him)," GM John Lynch said. Jones completed 69.6 percent of his passes for 2,151 yards with 13 touchdowns and six interceptions last season. In eight starts, he went 5-3 filling in for Brock Purdy.

San Francisco 49ers QB Mac Jones could be on the move if the team receives a "robust" offer for him.
Huddle Up: Jones had several weeks as a QB1 filling in for Brock Purdy. A team that would trade for him would likely do so to start him. He is a sneaky starter to stash on dynasty rosters this offseason or to target in drafts if he is traded.

San Francisco 49ers QB Mac Jones is expected to receive trade interest from multiple teams this offseason, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
Huddle Up: There have been reports that the 49ers are not interested in trading Jones, but fantasy players should monitor the situation during the offseason. He played well when he started this season but will not have much fantasy value next season if he remains with the 49ers.

San Francisco 49ers QB Mac Jones is a player that the 49ers would prefer not to trade this offseason, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Jones played well when Brock Purdy was injured this season, so Jones will probably receive trade interest from other teams during the offseason. Fantasy players can monitor the situation because Jones can be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if the 49ers agree to trade him.

San Francisco 49ers QB Mac Jones said he believes he has shown that he can be a starter in the NFL but is fine with remaining with the 49ers next season.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players can monitor the situation because there is a chance that Jones becomes a trade target during the offseason. He posted solid numbers during his playing time this season but would be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he starts for a team in 2026.

San Francisco 49ers QB Mac Jones (knee) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Huddle Up: Jones has played well in place of Brock Purdy with four games with at least two touchdowns in six starts. Fantasy players will need to keep an eye on the situation to see if Jones or Purdy will start Weeke 11. Jones can be an option in two-quarterback leagues if he receives another start.

San Francisco 49ers QB Mac Jones completed 33-of-39 passes for 319 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams, and he ran once for three yards.
Huddle Up: Jones spread it around to nine different receivers, with touchdowns to Luke Farrell, George Kittle and Jauan Jennings. He has done a decent job while Brock Purdy (toe) has been sidelined, and he has been a solid QB2 in most fantasy leagues. He actually has more 300-yard games than other fantasy staples like Matthew Stafford, Baker Mayfield, etc. He has three straight outings with multiple touchdown passes, too. If you need a streaming option when your primary QB has a bye or a tough matchup, you could do much worse than Jones.
