Pittsburgh Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth caught three passes for 27 yards and one touchdown against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 9. He was targeted four times during the game.
Huddle Up: Freiermuth has not posted big numbers this season but does have three touchdowns in his last three games. He should be considered a No. 2 tight end fantasy leagues and can be avoided in most leagues next week.

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth (quadriceps) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 31, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.
Huddle Up: Freiermuth had a terrific outing two weeks ago but has posted 13 yards or less in four of his last five games. He will have role in the passing game this week but is unlikely to be a starting option in most leagues.

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth (quadriceps) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 30.
Huddle Up: Freiermuth is coming off a disappointing Week 8 performance and has posted at least 30 yards in only two games this season. He should not be a starting option in any fantasy leagues even though he will see a handful of targets in Week 9.

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth (quadriceps) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 29.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players can monitor Freiermuth's status during the week to see if he will be in uniform for Week 9. He had a terrific outing in Week 7 but has been held to 31 yards or less in six of his seven games. He can be avoided in fantasy leagues even if he is able to play.

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth registered three receptions for 13 yards on four targets in Week 8 against the Green Bay Packers.
Huddle Up: After a gigantic showing last Thursday in Cincinnati with six grabs, 111 yards and two touchdowns, he reverted back to his prior form. He has really struggled this season, and he remains more of a low-end TE2 in most leagues.

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth collected five receptions, 111 yards, and a pair of touchdowns against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7. He was targeted six times.
Huddle Up: Entering play on Thursday night, Freiermuth had eight receptions for 76 yards and was clearly taking a backseat to Jonnu Smith and Darnell Washington at the position. His fourth-quarter flurry came out of nowhere and led to his first 100-plus-yard effort since Nov. 26, 2023, which was also against Cincinnati. He followed that up by posting 128 yards and no TDs over the next six games combined. Don't be thrown off the scent by one big night. Freiermuth has been an afterthought in this offense and isn't worth targeting on the waiver wire barring sustained involvement.
