Kansas City Chiefs QB Shane Buechele finished 7-of-14 for 88 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions in Week 18 versus the Las Vegas Raiders. Buechele ran for four yards on his only rushing attempt.
Huddle Up: Buechele, who was claimed off waivers from the Buffalo Bills a few days before Christmas, logged his first NFL snaps in this one after playing his final college snaps more than five years ago at SMU. While he may land on a team's 90-man roster at some point this offseason, the fact that it took Buechele as long as it did to see the field in an NFL game should make it clear that he is well off the fantasy radar heading into next season.
