Impending free agent RB Josh Jacobs (Raiders) is expected to sign with the Green Bay Packers, according to sources Monday, March 11.
Huddle Up: Going from the Raiders to the Packers certainly hurts Jacobs' fantasy value. He's likely best viewed as an RB2 type while sharing the load with Aaron Jones, whose value also takes a hit.

Las Vegas Raiders impending free-agent RB Josh Jacobs is negotiating with the team and is open to signing a one-year deal, per sources on Saturday, March 2.
Huddle Up: Jacobs had a down year in 2023 after leading the NFL in rushing yards in 2022, but injury and a poor situation around him certainly played a part. Jacobs should still be considered a borderline RB1 entering 2024, although that could improve if he lands in a better situation than Las Vegas has currently.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Josh Jacobs is not expected to receive the franchise tag, but the team will attempt to re-sign him, according to sources Monday, Feb. 26.
Huddle Up: Jacobs is likely to retain his RB1 value regardless of where he goes. The Raiders still have a few weeks to get a new deal done before free agency arrives.

Las Vegas Raiders impending free-agent RB Josh Jacobs is expected to be a candidate for the franchise tag this offseason.
Huddle Up: The Raiders will have a few weeks to make a decision on Jacobs, so fantasy players can keep an eye on the situation. He will see most of the work at running back wherever he ends up and will be a starting fantasy option in all leagues.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (quadriceps) is dealing with two deep bone contusions that have restricted his range of motion and prevented him from being cleared, per source on Saturday, Jan. 6. However, there is no structural damage and Jacobs is expected to be fully healthy before free agency.
Huddle Up: Jacobs will now miss his fourth-straight game to close out what could be his final season with the Raiders. It was no doubt a disappointing campaign for Jacobs, but a lot of that had to do with the mess the Raiders have been on offense. Zamir White will lead the Raiders' backfield once again and is a flex option in Week 18.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (quadriceps) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 5, and has been ruled out for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Zamir White will receive another start with Jacobs sidelined and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues this week.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (quad) is expected to be a game-time decision for Week 18 versus the Denver Broncos.
Huddle Up: Interim head coach Antonio Pierce made it clear to reporters that Jacobs is pushing to play, but the running back has only logged one limited practice in about a month and has yet to practice this week entering Friday's session. The Raiders also only have pride - and perhaps Pierce's future as their permanent head coach - to play for this weekend, so the odds are against Jacobs playing. Zamir White would be in a great position to produce like a fantasy RB1 if Jacobs sits again.
