Updating a previous report, Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox (hand) is expected to be sidelined for a few weeks after undergoing hand surgery, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
Huddle Up: Knox probably will only miss one or two games depending on his recovery. Tommy Sweeney probably will be the starting tight end but can be avoided in fantasy leagues.

Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox (hand) had surgery to repair his broken hand, and there is no timetable for his return.
Huddle Up: They're on a bye this week, but there is hope he could return for Week 8 or soon after.

Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox (hand) suffered a broken hand in Week 6, but he isn't expected to miss much time with the bye week upcoming. Knox threw a two-point conversion with the broken hand in the game.
Huddle Up: Knox has a 21-286-5 season thus far and is hovering outside of the midrange TE1 pack. If he heals up quickly, he's still in that discussion.

Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox (hand) had three grabs for 25 yards on three targets, and he tossed a two-point conversion pass to QB Josh Allen in the Week 6 game against the Tennessee Titans. Knox suffered a hand injury at some point, but the severity is not yet known.
Huddle Up: The good news for Knox and his fantasy managers is that the Bills have a bye in Week 7. He has emerged as a Top 10 fantasy option at his position.

Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox had three receptions for 117 yards and a touchdown against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, Oct. 10.
Huddle Up: Make it four weeks in a row with a touchdown for Knox, who also came close to matching his season-to-date yardage total (144) on Sunday night. While he isn't getting a ton of looks each week, Knox is delivering at a position that doesn't have many surefire starters. Following a month of production, don't be afraid to roll the dice on Knox in Week 6 and beyond.

Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox caught five passes for 37 yards and two touchdowns against the Houston Texans in Week 4. He was targeted eight times during the game.
Huddle Up: Knox has not posted over 49 yards in any game this season but does have four touchdowns in his last three games. He will continue to see a handful of targets each game and could be a possible low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.

Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox registered two receptions for 17 yard and a touchdown on three targets in Week 2 against the Miami Dolphins.
Huddle Up: The catch and yardage total wasn't great, but the touchdown was nice. Despite the score, Knox remains more of a TE2 in most fantasy leagues heading into Week 3 against the Washington Football Team.

Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox spent time working with QB Josh Allen this offseason, and he hired a hand-eye trainer to try to cut down on his drops. 'It would work your eyes in a way where you'd feel like you're almost hypnotized,' Knox said. 'I felt like my progress from my first day with him to my last day was pretty great.'

Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox registered three receptions for 51 yards on four targets in Week 16 against the New England Patriots.
Huddle Up: Knox has been an impact player in some fantasy formats and DFS, posting 14 catches for 150 yards and three touchdowns across the past five outings. He'll look to keep up the good work in Week 17 against the Miami Dolphins.

Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox caught two of four targets for 36 yards and a touchdown against the Denver Broncos in Week 15.
Huddle Up: It was Knox's third score in his last four games. He's largely touchdown-dependent for fantasy value, but he does enough to be a viable low-end TE1 starter.
