Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett (ankle) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 6, and has been ruled out for Week 14.
Huddle Up: Mitchell Trubisky likely will be the starting quarterback for the Steelers while Pickett is sidelined but should be avoided in fantasy leagues.

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett (ankle) did not participate in practice Monday, Dec. 4. The Steelers held a walkthrough Monday so participation levels are estimations.
Huddle Up: Pickett is not expected to play this week so it will be Mitchell Trubisky under center. Trubisky is not a viable option for fantasy purposes this week.

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett (ankle) had surgery on his ankle Monday, Dec. 4, and has officially been ruled out for Thursday, Dec. 7, against the New England Patriots.
Huddle Up: Mitchell Trubisky takes over under center, but he's not much of an option except in two-QB leagues.

Updating previous reports, Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett (ankle) is not expected to go on the Reserve/Injured list after ankle surgery.
Huddle Up: Mitchell Trubisky has the keys to the offense now, but he's not an option outside of two-QB leagues. Pickett isn't worth stashing outside of dynasty formats.

Updating earlier reports, Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett (ankle) is scheduled to undergo a surgical procedure on his injured right ankle on Monday, Dec. 4, and he is expected to miss two to four weeks, though the full extent of the injury won't be known until the surgery is completed, so he could be out longer.
Huddle Up: With five games left in the season, it's at least possible we've seen the last of Pickett for this year. Even if he does return, the prospect of turning to Pickett after missing multiple weeks doesn't sound very appealing. He can be jettisoned in all single-year leagues. Mitchell Trubisky will start in his place, but he's shown little with the Steelers and would be a pure desperation play.

Updating a previous report, Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett (ankle) will not return to the Week 13 game because of his ankle injury.
Huddle Up: Pickett may be facing an uphill battle for Week 14 since the Steelers play on Thursday Night Football. Fantasy players can keep an eye on the situation over the next few days to see if Pickett or Mitchell Trubisky will be the starting quarterback in Week 14, but neither quarterback should be a starting option in standard leagues.

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the Week 13 game and is considered questionable to return.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players should keep an eye on the situation to see if Pickett will be able to return to the game. Mitchell Trubisky will be the quarterback while Pickett is sidelined but is only a low-end No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett (ankle) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 1, and is not on the injury report for Week 13.
Huddle Up: Pickett had one of his best games of the season last week but failed to throw a touchdown for the sixth time this season. He should be avoided in standard leagues and is a risky option in two-quarterback leagues.
