Green Bay Packers QB Malik Willis completed 4-of-5 passes for 56 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in relief of an injured QB Jordan Love (groin) in Week 8 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He also ran four times for 23 yards.
Huddle Up: Willis was effective in relief, engineering a drive for the game-winning field goal. If Love's injury is serious, Willis could potentially start in Week 9 against the Detroit Lions. If Willis gets the starting nod, he is nothing more than a low-end QB2 in most fantasy leagues.

Green Bay Packers QB Malik Willis could have a package of offensive plays designed for him in Week 4's game against the Minnesota Vikings, even if QB Jordan Love (knee) serves as the starting quarterback, according to The Athletic's Dianna Russini.
Huddle Up: Love had been listed as questionable on the injury report after logging three limited practice sessions during the week. When healthy, he should be viewed as a starting option in all fantasy leagues. Willis is only worth starting in two-quarterback leagues if Love is held out of action versus Minnesota, since the number of offensive plays that he would see otherwise is uncertain.

Green Bay Packers QB Malik Willis completed 13-of-19 passes for 202 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions, while running six times for a game-high 73 yards and a score in Week 3 against the Tennessee Titans, his former team.
Huddle Up: Willis was a 3rd-round pick by the Titans in 2022, but he was dealt to the Packers at the end of training camp. He had a solid stat line against his old teammates, and he is worth a look as a QB2 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams until Jordan Love (knee) is ready to return. Love's return could be as soon as Week 4, though, so the feel-good story could be ending soon.

The Green Bay Packers plan to have QB Malik Willis start Week 3's game against the Tennessee Titans.
Huddle Up: Willis went 12-for-14 with 122 passing yards and a touchdown in a victory over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2, while also rushing for 41 yards on six carries. Even though he has motivation to perform well against his old team this afternoon, Willis is not a recommended fantasy option and is likely to head back to the bench for Week 4's contest versus the Minnesota Vikings, since QB Jordan Love (knee) appears close to returning from his sprained medial collateral ligament.

Green Bay Packers QB Malik Willis completed 12 of his 14 pass attempts for 122 yards and a touchdown, the first touchdown pass of his career, in a 16-10 win over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2. He also rushed six times for 41 yards.
Huddle Up: Willis was starting for the injured Jordan Love, and he was surprsingly efficient. On the flip side, the Packers leaned heavily on the run game, finishing with 53 carries as a team. Willis may be able to help the Packers stay afloat until Love returns, but he probably isn't going to provide much help to fantasy owners.

Updating previous reports, Green Bay Packers QB Jordan Love (knee) will not play in Week 2's game versus the Indianapolis Colts, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. QB Malik Willis is expected to receive the starting nod for Green Bay, with QB Sean Clifford serving as his backup.
Huddle Up: Love had always been expected to miss this game and is likely going to be sidelined for multiple weeks because of a sprained medial collateral ligament. Willis should be viewed as no better than a low-end QB2 option in fantasy leagues for as long as he is pressed into starting duty, although his supporting cast with the Packers is better than what he had with the Titans.

Green Bay Packers QB Malik Willis would start in Week 2 against the Indianapolis Colts if QB Jordan Love (knee) can't go, according to head coach Matt LaFleur.
Huddle Up: Love was initially believed to be out multiple weeks, but they aren't ruling him out for Week 2. So Week 3 could be a realistic possibility. Willis is not worth starting in fantasy, and he's really only worth picking up to block a desperate opponent.

Green Bay Packers QB Jordan Love (knee) will not be placed on the Reserve/Injured list despite his knee injury, according to head coach Matt LaFleur. LaFleur said QB Malik Willis will be the starting quarterback if Love is not cleared to play.
Huddle Up: Love is expected to miss three to six weeks because of the injury, but it seems like the team expects him to return sooner rather than later. Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation to see when he will be able to return. Willis probably will not be asked to throw a lot while Love is sidelined and can be avoided in standard leagues.

Updating a previous report, Green Bay Packers QB Malik Willis will start Week 2's game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Huddle Up: Willis replaced QB Jordan Love (knee) during the closing seconds of Week 1's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, after Love sustained a sprained medial collateral ligament which will sideline him for three to six weeks. He could be a starting option in deeper two-quarterback fantasy leagues but the fantasy values of the Packers' offensive weapons will take a hit in the meantime.

The Green Bay Packers have not yet decided if QB Malik Willis or QB Sean Clifford will start Week 2's game versus the Indianapolis Colts. Willis was the quarterback for the final two plays of Week 1's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles following QB Jordan Love's (knee) medial collateral ligament sprain, which will sideline him for approximately three to six weeks.
Huddle Up: Regardless of which quarterback is under center for the Packers, neither player should be viewed as a starting option outside of larger two-quarterback fantasy leagues and Green Bay's offensive weapons will sustain a slight drop in fantasy value.
