Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis will begin his career as the No. 3 quarterback, but there will be a competition between Levis, QB Ryan Tannehill, and QB Malik Willis throughout camp, according to general manager Ran Carthon.

Tennessee Titans QB Malik Willis has fallen out of favor with the team, NBC Sports' Peter King wrote on Monday, April 24. "And the Titans, who I hear have lost faith in Malik Willis, might be in a unique position [to trade up in the draft]," King said.
Huddle Up: Willis did not look good in his three rookie starts, but he was always supposed to need a year to develop, and to make matters worse he was tasked with running one of the worst offenses in the NFL. While things aren't looking good right now, fantasy owners with a stock in the Liberty product in dynasty formats should continue to hold to see how things shake out the rest of the offseason. Willis is a candidate to be traded if the Titans draft a quarterback.

Tennessee Titans QB Josh Dobbs was named as the starting quarterback over Malik Willis for Week 18 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Huddle Up: Dobbs showed some competency in leading Tennessee's offense against the Dallas Cowboys last week, throwing for 232 yards and a touchdown despite not having Derrick Henry around to occupy the defense's attention. Henry will be back to help the Titans end their six-game losing streak in a contest that will decide the AFC South. Dobbs can be used as a QB2 option in two-quarterback and superflex leagues.

Tennessee Titans QB Malik Willis completed 14-of-23 passes for 99 passing yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions in the Week 16 loss to the Houston Texans. He added seven carries for 49 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) is in serious doubt to play in Week 16. The players believe QB Malik Willis is likely to start.
Huddle Up: Willis' presence would reduce the playbook and potentially cause the defense to stack the box against RB Derrick Henry. He'll still be an RB1, but his upside takes a hit. Willis shouldn't start in fantasy.

Tennessee Titans QB Malik Willis completed five of his 16 pass attempts for 80 yards against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, Nov. 6. He also ran eight times for 40 yards.

Tennessee Titans QB Malik Willis will make his second NFL start in Week 9 against the Kansas City Chiefs with QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle) inactive for a second consecutive week.
Huddle Up: Willis didn't do a whole lot last week in his first outing, and he isn't a recommended fantasy play in this nationally-televised game under the lights against the high-flying Chiefs.

Tennessee Titans WR Malik Willis completed 6-of-10 passes for 55 yards, no touchdowns and an interception in Week 8 against the Houston Texans in his first NFL start. he also rushed five times for 12 yards.
Huddle Up: It wasn't a great day for Willis, but he did lead the team to a win. Of course, it was hand-off to Derrick Henry, wash, rinse and repeat. That was the game plan, and it worked well, regardless of the quarterback's lack of stats. The Titans travel to meet the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9 on Sunday Night Football, and Willis would start again if Ryan Tannehill still needs time to mend.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle/illness) was downgraded from questionable to out for Week 8, the team announced on Saturday, Oct. 29. Rookie QB Malik Willis will start in his place.
Huddle Up: Willis is a viable streaming option thanks to his elite rushing ability, but he's a risky one, as he's making his first career NFL start and is still raw as a passer. The good news is Willis draws a favorable matchup against a Houston Texans defense that ranks 21st against the pass and dead-last against the run.

Tennessee Titans QB Malik Willis is expected to start for QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle/illness) in Week 8 as the veteran battles an ankle injury and illness, per sources on Saturday, Oct. 29.
Huddle Up: While Tannehill has been a fantasy dud this season, Willis has the potential to be a very good bye-week fill-in, as the rookie has elite rushing ability. That said, he's still raw as a passer and inserting a rookie into fantasy lineups in his first career start is always risky. Willis does have a solid matchup, though, as he squares off against a Texans defense that ranks 21st against the pass and dead-last against the run. We'll tentatively call Willis a boom-or-bust streaming option this week.
