Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 20.
Huddle Up: Pacheco is considered day-to-day, so his status for Week 12 is uncertain at this point. He may be eased back into the lineup once he is cleared to play since he has missed extended time and may not be a starting fantasy option right away.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (leg) is expected to be healthy enough to play in the Week 12 game, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players will need to monitor Pacheco's practice participation during the week to see if he will be active for the Week 12 game. He likely will share playing time with Kareem Hunt when he returns to the lineup and could be a flex option in most leagues if active.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle) was limited in practice all week but has been ruled out for Week 11 against the Buffalo Bills.
Huddle Up: Pacheco just had his practice window opened recently and was not expected to be ready quite yet, so this is not a huge surprise. He has a shot at returning for Week 12 and should be expected to take over for Kareem Hunt no later than Week 13. While Hunt has performed well in the box score, he has been highly inefficient and provides virtually no big-play ability. If the Chiefs allow Pacheco to handle the same kind of workload they have given Hunt and he is the same back he was before his injury, Pacheco will have massive upside.

WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring), DE Mike Danna (pectoral), WR Mecole Hardman (shoulder, toe), WR DeAndre Hopkins (knee), RB Kareem Hunt (knee), DE George Karlaftis (abdomen, ankle), QB Patrick Mahomes (ankle, hip), OT Wanya Morris (knee) and DT Derrick Nnadi (triceps) practiced in full on Friday, Nov. 15, and have been removed from the injury report.

Huddle Up: Seeing as how Pacheco was just designated to return this week, this news isn't at all surprising. Pacheco not playing means Kareem Hunt will keep his big workload and he remains an RB1 entering Week 11.

Huddle Up: Pacheco is still likely a week or two away from returning, but he'll likely share work with Kareem Hunt in order to keep both in the fold and healthy. So don't expect RB1 results from either back upon Pacheco's return.
