Green Bay Packers practice squad Bo Melton was signed to the 53-man roster Monday, Jan. 1. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. The team also placed WR Samori Toure (undisclosed) on the Reserve/Injured list.
Huddle Up: Melton is coming off a terrific Week 17 performance and likely will have a solid role in the regular season finale with several of the Packers receivers dealing with injuries. He can be considered a flex option in most fantasy leagues.

Green Bay Packers WR Samori Toure "looks unbelievable right now," receivers coach/passing game coordinator Jason Vrable told the team's website at the start of organized team activities in May.
"If you guys would see Samori right now, you wouldn't even recognize the guy from last year, his growth. He's probably, of everybody, the one that everybody around the building is like, '(Number) 83 looks unbelievable right now," Vrable said.
Huddle Up: Toure seems unlikely to challenge Christian Watson or Romeo Doubs for a major role in this offense, but there is a chance he could keep Jayden Reed from winning the slot job. For what it is worth, the second-year receiver tallied five catches for 82 yards and a touchdown as a rookie while playing behind Allen Lazard, Watson, Doubs and Randall Cobb. He's worth keeping an eye on during the preseason for managers in deep leagues.
