The team also released CB Essang Bassey, WR Daurice Fountain, CB Javelin Guidry, LB Joel Iyiegbuniwe, T Jamarco Jones, WR Tom Kennedy, TE Sean McKeon, S C.J. Moore, DL Patrick O'Connor, DL Kyle Peko and LB Ty Summers. DE David Bada (undisclosed) was waived/injured, OG Christian Mahogany (illness) was placed on the Reserve/Non-Football Illness list and DE Brodric Martin (undisclosed) and CB Emmanuel Moseley (pectoral) were placed on the Reserve/Injured list. Martin and Moseley have been designated to return later in the season.
