The Dallas Cowboys are still on the lookout for a nickel cornerback, according to The Athletic's Jon Machota. Although CB DaRon Bland is capable of playing the position, the team would prefer to keep him on the outside.

Dallas Cowboys CB DaRon Bland (foot) has successful surgery on his left foot in Indianapolis on Tuesday, Jan. 13, the team announced. It's his second straight year Bland has had a procedure done on his left foot. He suffered a fracture in his left foot in training camp leading up to the 2024 season.
