Tennessee Titans WR Kyle Philips (shoulder) was limited in practice on Friday, Sept. 30, and is listed as questionable for Week 4.
Huddle Up: After showing promise in Week 1, Philips has been battling a shoulder injury that limited his snaps in Week 2 and forced him to miss Week 3 entirely. Even if he plays, Philips can't be trusted in lineups and is best left on waivers in re-draft leagues but the rookie should be rostered in dynasty formats.
