Tennessee Titans CB L'Jarius Sneed (quadriceps) and LB Jack Gibbens (ankle) were placed on injured reserve on Saturday, Nov. 23. Also, DB Daryl Worley was elevated from the practice squad for Week 12.

Tennessee Titans LB Jack Gibbens (ankle), CB L'Jarius Sneed (quad) and OT Leroy Watson (back) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 12 against the Houston Texans. RB Tyjae Spears (concussion) was upgraded to a limited practice on Friday, Nov. 22, but has also been ruled out. DB Justin Hardee (groin) and CB Roger McCreary (knee) were upgraded to a limited practice on Friday and are listed as questionable. DE Sebastian Joseph-Day (biceps), LB Kenneth Murray (shoulder), WR Calvin Ridley (illness) and DT Jeffery Simmons (rest) practiced in full on Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.

Updating a previous report, Tennessee Titans LB Jack Gibbens (ankle) had surgery on his broken ankle and will be placed on injured reserve, head coach Brian Callahan said on Monday, Nov. 18. Gibbens will miss the rest of the season.
