Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers (quadriceps) returned to practice Tuesday, Aug. 11.
Huddle Up: Flowers was the WR7 in PPR leagues after a 86-1,211-5 line last season. He has security with a new contract, and there's no reason he can't maintain his midrange WR1 status or even top it in 2026.

Updating a previous report, Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers (quadriceps) is considered day-to-day because of a quadriceps contusion, according to head coach Jesse Minter.
Huddle Up: Flowers could miss a few practices but does not appear to be dealing with anything serious. He will see plenty of targets this season and will be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers (leg) left practice early Saturday, Aug. 8, because of a leg injury.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation to see if Flowers misses additional time because of the injury. He is set to continue to be the main option in the passing game for the Ravens and will be a weekly starting option in fantasy leagues if healthy.

Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers said he added eight pounds during the offseason and currently weight 186 pounds.
Huddle Up: Flowers is looking to break more tackles with the added weight, but he should still have his speed to help with the yards after catch. He is the main target in the passing game for the Ravens and will be a weekly starting option in all leagues.

Baltimore Ravens WR Ja'Kobi Lane has been the "star" of training camp, in the opinion of ESPN's Jamison Hensley, who writes that Lane has become the team's No. 3 receiver behind WRs Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman.
Huddle Up: Outside of Flowers, the Ravens haven't had much success developing receivers, so if Lane continues to excel that could be a huge boost for Lamar Jackson and the offense in general. Fantasy owners needn't adjust their draft plans just yet -- don't forget that DeAndre Hopkins finished second among the Ravens' receivers in 2025 with 330 yards -- but given how effusive the praise has been for Lane, it's at least a name to file away.

Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers has agreed to a four-year, $140 million extension that includes $108 million guaranteed on Tuesday, Aug. 4.
Huddle Up: Flowers has emerged as the WR1 for the Ravens, and now he is being paid as one. Flowers finished as a WR1 in 2025, and all signs are pointing to him being able to repeat that for fantasy players.

Baltimore Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta says he is "optimistic" about getting an extension done with WR Zay Flowers.

Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers' 1,211 receiving yards in 2025 accounted for 36.9% of the Ravens' total receiving yards, which was the second-highest percentage for any player.
Huddle Up: Flowers set career highs in receptions, targets and receiving yards last year, and he has firmly established himself as the go-to option for Lamar Jackson. His low touchdown totals cap his upside a bit, but Flowers should be in the WR2 mix with the ability to deliver occasional WR1 performances.

Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers could receive a contract extension from the Ravens before the start of the 2026 season, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Jamison Hensley.
Huddle Up: Flowers had his fifth-year option picked up this offseason, so he is still under contract for a few more seasons even if a new deal is not reached during training camp. He will be the main target in the passing game even with a new offensive system and can be at least a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers had his fifth-year option exercised Thursday, April 23. He'll earn $28 million in 2027.
Huddle Up: Flowers delivered a 86-1,211-5 line and wound up being the WR7 in PPR leagues in a season Lamar Jackson missed significant time. He'll turn 26 in September and remains a great, low-end WR1 option in fantasy.
