Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis (shoulder) has been diagnosed with an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder but is expected to be available for the Week 6 game, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Levis probably will regain the starting job but may need to play well in order to keep the job after Mason Rudolph led the team to a win. Levis should be avoided in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis (shoulder) will remain the team's starter out of the bye week if he's healthy enough to play, head coach Brian Callahan said on Tuesday, Oct. 1.

Updating a previous report, Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis (shoulder) will have an MRI Monday, Oct. 1 after leaving the Week 4 game against the Miami Dolphins in the first quarter due to a shoulder injury. Head coach Brian Callahan said Levis is believed to have an AC joint issue, and he added that, when healthy, Levis is "100 percent" his starting quarterback.
Huddle Up: The good news is that Levis will get two weeks to get his shoulder in shape since the team has a bye in Week 5. If Levis isn't able to go in Week 6 against the Indianapolis Colts, Mason Rudolph would likely get the starting nod.

Updating a previous report, Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis (shoulder) is considered questionable to return to the Week 4 game because of a shoulder injury.

Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis (shoulder) suffered an apparent shoulder injury during the Week 4 game and has been replaced by QB Mason Rudolph.
Huddle Up: There is a chance that Levis returns to the game, so fantasy players should keep an eye on the situation. Neither Levis nor Rudolph is more than a low-end No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis completed 26-of-34 passes for 260 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions, including a pick-six, in Week 3 against the Green Bay Packers.
Huddle Up: The fantasy stat line wasn't great, and the pick-six to Jaire Alexander certainly was disappointing. The good news is that Levis hooked up with DeAndre Hopkins six times for 73 yards and a score. If he can build better rapport with that talented receiver, it could elevate the game of Levis. He remains a QB2 in all fantasy leagues heading to Miami in Week 4.

Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis went 19-for-28 for 192 yards, one touchdown and one interception against the New York Jets in Week 2. He also rushed for 38 yards on four carries during the game but did lose a fumble.
Huddle Up: Levis has had some success in the first two games but has also turned the ball over five times during that span. He likely will continue to keep the starting job for now but is only a low-end No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis went 19-for-32 for 127 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions against the Chicago Bears in Week 1. He also rushed for 36 yards on four carries during the game.

Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis averaged 10.6 intended air yards per pass attempt in 2023, according to Pro Football Reference. The mark was easily the highest among qualified quarterbacks, 1.6 yards more than second-place C.J. Stroud.
Huddle Up: It remains to be seen if new head coach Brian Callahan will opt to stretch the field as often as the previous regime did, but this is great news for Calvin Ridley at the very least since he figures to be the primary deep threat. Expect Levis to trade in distance for volume under Callahan. The second-year player has all the weapons he could ask for now - Ridley, DeAndre Hopkins, Tyler Boyd, Tyjae Spears and Tony Pollard among them - and should be expected to serve as a solid QB2 option in fantasy in 2024.

Tennessee Titans QB Will Levis was under pressure on 28.1% of his 255 pass attempts in 2023, according to Pro Football Reference. That mark ranked second among qualified quarterbacks.
Huddle Up: Levis did hold the ball too long for his own good on occasion, but he struggled more often than not because of the lack of talent at receiver (not much behind DeAndre Hopkins) and a horrible offensive line. With additions such as Calvin Ridley, Tyler Boyd, J.C. Latham and Lloyd Cushenberry in an offense led by new head coach Brian Callahan, Levis should be in a much better position to show if he is the team's present and future. Consider him a decent QB2 with upside in fantasy drafts this summer.
