New England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte has been the "early star" of training camp, according to ESPN's Mike Reiss, who notes that the team could look to trade a receiver based on the team's depth at the position. For now, Boutte is behind WRs A.J. Brown and Romeo Doubs on the depth chart, and likely WR Mack Hollins as well.
Huddle Up: Boutte has flashed the past two seasons, but he has never carved a consistent role with the Pats. Unless he can unseat Hollins or gets traded to a team that can give him more opportunities, his fantasy profile will remain nominal in standard formats. Still, at age 24, it's not outside the realm of possibility that Boutte could emerge. Keep an eye on him over the next month to see what role he's projected to fill.

New England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte would be open to a trade if the right situation presented itself, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Boutte has been rumored to be on the block for a while, so fantasy players will need to continue to monitor the situation. He has posted solid numbers recently and can be at least a No. 3 receiver for most teams. He can be a late round pick in draft if he remains with the Patriots but could have more value if he joins another team.

New England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte has "delivered highlight plays" in each of the first two days of training camp, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.com.
Huddle Up: The additions of A.J. Brown and Romeo Doubs will push Boutte down the pecking order, but he could still be used to stretch the field. While he could have trouble producing consistent results in that role, Boutte should still deliver on occasional big game and have value in best-ball formats thanks to his big-play ability.

New England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte was available in exchange for a fifth-round pick during the 2026 NFL Draft, and there is a good chance he is moved at some point, in the opinion of SI.com's Albert Breer.
Huddle Up: Boutte has dropped down the depth chart with the addition of A.J. Brown, so there is a good chance to start the 2026 season with another team. He was productive last season and can be a late round pick in fantasy leagues depending on his situation.

New England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte "looked like one of the best receivers on the field" during minicamp, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.com.

New England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte has officially reported to New England's mandatory minicamp, according to a source on Tuesday, June 9.
Huddle Up: Boutte has seen regular use in the Patriots' offense over the last two seasons, with 114 combined targets in that span. Unfortunately, that doesn't make him fantasy relevant, and even less so with the additions of A.J. Brown and Romeo Doubs. Right now, Boutte is just a depth receiver for the Patriots unless he's moved to another team, so he's not a draftable asset right now for fantasy football.

New England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte will be in attendance for the first day of mandatory minicamp Tuesday, June 9, despite recent trade rumors. He had not been present for the Patriots' voluntary offseason program last month.
Huddle Up: The 24-year-old Boutte had 33 receptions for 551 yards and six touchdowns last season. He has the potential to be a top-three receiver for most NFL clubs if he is traded and could be a late-round selection in most fantasy leagues.

New England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte has shown interest in a trade this offseason, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Huddle Up: The Patriots have added A.J. Brown, so there is a chance that they trade Boutte at some point before the 2026 season. He is coming off a good 2025 season and can be a top-three receiver for most teams. He will probably be a late round pick in most fantasy leagues.

New England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte did not participate in the voluntary workout Wednesday, May 27.
Huddle Up: Boutte is coming off a productive 2025 season but will likely drop down the depth chart if the team acquires A.J. Brown this offseason. He will see a few targets per game if he stays with the Patriots but will not be a starting fantasy option most weeks.

New England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte is not at the team's facility for the offseason program, and he has been working out away from the team.
Huddle Up: Boutte has been a player who has had his name swirling in trade winds, as New England has long been rumored as a landing spot for A.J. Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles. His fantasy outlook is a little murky at the moment. If he says in Foxboro, he has Romeo Doubs, DeMario Douglas, Mack Hollins and Kyle Williams, as well as Efton Chism III, in the receivers room. If he lands elsewhere, he will have to learn a new system. At best, he is worth a look in the final rounds of fantasy drafts, as he does have upside.
