Philadelphia Eagles WR A.J. Brown's status with the team remains unchanged despite the trade for wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks, according to general manager Howie Roseman.
Huddle Up: Brown has been part of trade rumors all offseason, and the acquisition of Wicks has just fueled more speculation that Brown could be traded. Nonetheless, Brown will be a starter no matter where he plays in 2026 and should be a weekly starting option in fantasy leagues.

Philadelphia Eagles WR Dontayvion Wicks would slide up to the No. 2 receiver if the team traded WR A.J. Brown this offseason. He is a better blocker than WR Hollywood Brown and seemingly already has the trust of offensive coordinator Sean Mannion.
Huddle Up: Wicks has a knack for reaching the end zone with 11 touchdowns on 108 career receptions. He would elevate to the WR3 conversation in Philly's offense if he moves up the depth chart.

Green Bay Packers WR Dontayvion Wicks was acquired by the Philadelphia Eagles Friday, April 10, in exchange for a 2026 fifth-round draft choice and a 2027 sixth-round draft choice, according to sources. Wicks will be signing a one-year extension with the Eagles worth $12.5 million.
Huddle Up: The Eagles lost Jahan Doston this offseason, so Wicks can be considered at least a candidate for the No. 3 receiver job with the Eagles. He could see a bigger role if the Eagles decide to move on from A.J. Brown. Wicks has a chance to be a No. 3 or No. 4 receiver in some leagues if he becomes a big part of the Eagles passing game.

Huddle Up: Wicks has not found much sustained success in the 2025 season, but he has made splashes in weeks. He can be used as a flex play in deeper playoff pools in the Wild Card Round.

Huddle Up: Wicks seems to be making some progress but will have to pass his concussion tests before he is cleared to play. Fantasy players can keep an eye on his status over the next few days because he can be a possible flex option in some leagues if he plays.
